Pickup details

Get picked up from your hotel near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time is from 7.45 a.m. to 8.45 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Soft drinks are not...

Very nice trip with a relatively small group. Food was very good. Soft drinks (only water) are not included, although it’s metioned. The guides really try to find the dolphins and do not lure them.

Lovely seeing the pigs roam freely beautiful beach

Sadly we never seen the Dolphins the ride was very choppy . We then to see the pigs it was lovely again didn't get to long on the island but it was lovely interacting with the pigs. Back on board and returned to have a lovely lunch which was included. The guys on the boat looked after you. Bottled water available

Charged additional ‘fees’ and Viator suck

Absolute scam by Viatour and this tour company. Viatour claim all fees and charges paid for yet they made us pay cash for ‘entry fee’ at the dock. We were refused a receipt, and Viatour agent was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I queried this. I took very limited cash due the nature of the excursion and having to pay extra impacted our day. Viator couldn’t care less and was deliberately difficult and rude. Two stars only for the boat crew. We saw dolphins and the pigs were cute, but the snorkelling was a waste of time due to low tide, they should have another site for when it’s low tide, and the included ‘lunch’ was back at the dodgy restaurant who charge ld the extra fees at the end. I’d have bought lunch at Pig Island if I have thad to pay fees from the cash I took, all in all it was very disappointing. Better service and honesty with other booking providers, and I absolutely will never boo with Viatour again after their ‘customer service’ agents disgraceful attitude.

Scam -Took money and no tour provided

Myself and my partner were in our honeymoon and so excited for this tour! We arrived to the designated destination as advised by the tour guide, we could not locate the taxi nor did anyone approach us! After waiting for half an hour we had to walk off and find a coffee shop to get WiFi and when we contacted the tour guide he said the taxi had left 2 minutes ago and would not come get us. He asked us to spend our own money on a 50 minute taxi after paying for pick up as part of the tour. The main thing here is there was no taxi at the pick up point nor have the company provided the taxis gps location as proof! No one is telling from the customer service team leading to the obvious conclusion this is a money robbing scam

Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you during that time, and we only received your message much later, after the scheduled pickup window had passed. You mentioned that you only gained access to WiFi afterward, which we understand can happen while traveling. Please note that we have all the records and photographic evidence confirming the driver’s presence at the pickup location. As the pickup was missed and the vehicle could not wait longer due to other commitments, your booking was classified as a no-show. Therefore, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund in this case. We’re very sorry that this situation has caused frustration and disappointment. Thank you for your understanding.
