Stuttgart is more than just automotive factories and museums. There is a lot of complex history in the city that should be explored. Our walking guide ; Pouya did a fantastic job ; he was well prepared, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating to our specific needs for the day.

Francisco was our guide, he met us at our hotel. Showed us how to get a ticket for the tram. Once back in the city centre, he has an excellent knowledge of the city and history. Show us plenty of sites and did not rush through anything. At the end of our tour he explained which tram to catch back to our hotel, gave us recommendations of other places to go during the rest of our day. Even gave a small gift, 5 star service from a lovely gentleman.

Pouya was a good guide. Knowledgeable about Stuttgart’s history and took us to all the key historic places to visit, including walking up to the top of a park with an incredible view of the city.

We were disappointed with the quality of this tour. The guide displayed unprofessional behavior by spending most of the time on his phone rather than engaging with us. He rarely provided commentary or interacted with us, and when he did, his English proficiency was insufficient to answer our questions effectively. Additionally, he suggested inappropriate actions, such as using transportation without proper tickets, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, this tour felt like a waste of time and did not meet the expected standards.

Unfortunately the guide became ill and the trip was canceled. The company was good at communicating with us to schedule the guide, the guide was prompt notifying us he was I'll, and they quickly refunded the fee.

I would have rated this zero. The tour operator and guide were very misleading. They suggest they offer customised plans. The car museum admissions were not free as described in visitors itinerary. The guide that I god was late and kept postpone the starting time. Overall a very poor experience. I have complaint to Viator and they very gracious in offering a refund.
