Our experience with Martin was nothing short of wonderful. He arrived on time and, on the drive to Stellenbosch, gave us a really valuable backstory on the area and the places we'd be visiting. It was clear that he had taken the time to thoughtfully pair our specific interests in wine with the winemakers we would visit. We enjoyed every one of them, learned a lot about local wines and wine culture, and deeply appreciated the warm hospitality we received from Martin and all of those we visited. This was a top-notch experience, clearly made possible by Martin's personal background in winemaking and his longstanding, solid relationships in Stellenbosch. Highly recommended.

Martin was an incredible host. His vast knowledge of wine and the wine making process made the tour educational and fun. He selected a wide range of wineries that we thoroughly enjoyed. We tasted at least 20 different wines and must admit we were a bit tipsy at the end of it. Must do tour in Stellenbosch!

Martin asked for my preferences and any other request I had and plan the trip based on that (as well as asked me if it is ok). He picked me up where I as staying and arranged the full day. He is very knowledgeable in wine and shared and explain. A great experience

Wir hatten eine Weintour mit Martin auf deutsch. Wir hatten ihm dazu unsere Weinvorlieben genannt und er schlug uns passende Weinhöfe vor, die wir dann selbst wählen konnten. Die Weinsorten auf den Höfen wurden uns dort vorgestellt, wir konnten wählen. Martin hat uns mit seinem Fachwissen über Weinbau, die Eigenschaften der Rebsorten, die Besonderheiten im Anbau um Stellenbosch und natürlich den Geschmack des Weines nahegebracht.
Ein wundervoller Tag.

Martin ist ein ehemaliger Winzer, der uns zu den schönsten Weingütern in der Umgebung Stellenbosch geführt hat. Er wählt die Weingüter sehr bewusst aus und bringt viel Wissen und Erfahrung über die Weinkultur von Südarfrika mit ein. Seine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse halfen uns die Äusserungen der lokalen Winzer zu verstehen. Wir können uns in dieser Region keinen besseren Guide vorstellen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Tag.
