I appreciate they waited for us even though our landing was 45 mins late then scheduled. No issues with driving knew exactly where to take us.
Disappointing experience for a “luxury” transport service
Unfortunately, this experience did not feel like luxury transportation at all. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother, so I specifically chose a luxury transport service expecting a higher level of service and hospitality.
The driver did not open the door for either of us when we arrived. I’m perfectly capable of opening my own door, but when you’re paying for a luxury service—especially when traveling with an 80-year-old—it’s reasonable to expect basic courtesy and assistance. I ended up opening the doors for both myself and my mother.
The driver was also not conversational at all. Silence isn’t necessarily a problem, but combined with the lack of any other personal service, it made the experience feel more like a standard taxi ride. The Escalade was an older model, which I could overlook, but the air conditioning was not cold in the back, so the ride was uncomfortably hot.
There was also no complimentary water, which I would expect from a service marketed as luxury transportation.
The final straw was arriving at our destination and the driver again did not open the door for my 80-year-old mother.
Honestly, I should have just taken a taxi. The vehicle itself was not the issue—it was the lack of service. If you are charging a premium for luxury transportation, the experience should feel premium from beginning to end.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As the owner, I do want to clarify several points because some of the statements in your review are simply not accurate.
First, the vehicle you were picked up in was a 2020 Cadillac Escalade. Describing a 2020 Escalade as an “older model” is misleading. All of our vehicles are maintained on a weekly basis, and we take the condition, cleanliness, and safety of our vehicles very seriously. AC was definitely working fine.
Regarding the level of service, we do expect our drivers to provide professional and courteous service. The actions you described regarding assisting you and your 80 year old mother are not the standard we want associated with our company. The driver has been placed on suspension while we investigate what happened and determine why our expected level of service was not provided.
As for the complimentary water, bottled water was not included with your booking. Our listing clearly outlines what is included in the service and what is not included. We encourage customers to review those details when making a reservation so there are no misunderstandings about what is provided.
We also want to clarify that while we do offer luxury transportation, we intentionally provide it at an affordable and competitive rate, rather than charging the high prices often associated with traditional luxury transportation. Luxury service does not necessarily mean every amenity is included at no additional cost.
We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially while traveling with your mother. However, we also believe it is important to recognize that not every aspect of this situation was within our control. We provide the vehicle and service according to the terms of the booking, while the driver's conduct on that particular trip is something we are addressing directly.

Our family needed a ride from St Thomas airport to Redhook Ferry.
Driver was waiting for us, the trip was quick and easy. I would definitely do it again!
Our experience was great José was on time and friendly. The SUV was clean and cool, and he even gave us recommendations for places to go and eat while we were here in St. Thomas. I am glad I booked a private car service because it took the stress out of whether I could fit all of my baby's gear in a taxi. As a new mom, having one less thing to think about was amazing!

The driver was waiting to pick us up. I say this because we were supposed to be on a 7:00 am flight from our home but found out at 10:00 pm the night before it was being delayed and we would miss our connection. We were able to re-book on other flights that had us arriving 2 hours early. He was courteous, talkative, and a good driver. The van was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ride and appreciated have a private coach to our hotel.
Booking it was excellent pickup was on time. Trying to reschedule the return pickup was, on the other hand, difficult, spent multiple phone calls and chats trying to book return, got confirmation morning of return and pickup was 10 minutes early and easy ride back to airport.
We were met promptly and luggage loaded in no time. Friendly driver. We recommend to fellow travelers.
The driver was professional and punctual also friendly. The car was luxury. It was beautiful and I love that when they picked us up from the airport, they had the sign up with my name on it.
It was a very seamless experience. There were multiple changes in my arrival time due to the typical chaos with the airlines. The driver kept in contact with me and was at the airport when i ultimately arrived. The car was beautiful and clean, and the driver was professional and friendly.

Would highly recommend. Experience started a bit shaky, as driver was a little late for pick-up due to a prior pickup running late but the company finally got back to us & driver showed up. Without asking, the company apologized & didn’t charge us for the ride ( which they definitely didn’t need to do since they still picked us up & even stopped at market for us)! We were so appreciative, that we ordered them to bring us back to the airport a few days later, at which time they arrived on time and had no issues. Despite a minor hiccup, we would definitely use again.
Diego was super nice and extremely responsive. Don’t use a taxi on the island use Diego instead. The taxis are cash only and will only go with a full van load. Riding with Diego was smooth clean and comfortable.
Our airport transfer experience was seamless from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and our scheduled pickup was right on time. Diego, our driver, was incredibly courteous and professional, making a great first impression.
