Bring your dancing shoes, cooler and camera. Great time the kiddos had looking for dolphins. It is hard to have Mother Nature show up when you need her to but we did spot some dolphins and the experience was great. The music and vibe on the boat was amazing, the crew actually walked around and checked in on us from time to time and the music was l o u d, but not annoying loud. Great vibes and lots of places to dance. Then the night ended right in front of the fireworks barge, lots of great pics and memories, keep up the good work folks!

The music was painfully loud anywhere you were on the boat. The base hurt your chest to listen to. Children were walking around with their fingers in their ears. Adults were complaining of headaches after only 30 minutes, with hours still to endure. Saw one (1) dolphin and only one time, jump out of the water. Saw several others, but only their fins popped above water. Fireworks, although they were very good, could be seen from shore while having a quiet pleasant dinner, which would have been far more enjoyable. I asked several times if they could turn the volume down to a more reasonable level, was told it's a 'party' boat, and the rule was to literally have the volume as high as it could go. Having the volume that high, is more of a marketing maneuver. So that all surrounding boats can hear the music, while we are being blasted out. The attitude was this is what we do, without any regard to the passengers actually having any fun. The selection of music, could not have been any worse. Most of them, had one phrase, that was repeated over and over and over and over. I felt like the selection was for kindergarten level listeners. There are better tours available, no music, so you can actually talk with people, and enjoy the view, well not being overpowered by almost techno music.

Friendly crew, great experience all around and was way more than expected. The dolphin sightings were plentiful and the firework show at the end was a wonderful sight.
The captain plays a variety of music while on board the ship, keeping the fun going throughout the entire ride.

This is a high energy cruise with lots of music and dancing. If you are on the quiet side, this is not for you. I am a senior, but I had a blast watching everyone in my family having a good time. The kids absolutely loved it.

The Valentine’s Day firework boat ride was amazing!! The crew hosted a great date night. It was the perfect way to spend an evening with my partner. Seeing the dolphins at the end of the tour was just the icing on top! We cannot wait to join them next year to celebrate this wonderful holiday.

This is NOT a relaxing sunset cruise to see dolphins. It’s a really fun party boat. If you like dance music, getting a little loud, like seeing Laguna bay lights at night and fireworks close up, oh, and like having fun, this is your tour! We had a great time as a couple. Families may have a different opinion. This is why reviews are important!

When planning the trip we were expecting a family cruise, however it quickly turned into a party cruise with around 10 drunk middle aged women wanting to grind on the pole and shake their butts up against everyone. Keep in mind there were small children present while behaving this way. The captain and crew were friendly and easy going. The boat was clean and well kept. The sights were absolutely beautiful. SPI doesn’t hold back with their fireworks display. It was amazing!I would book with them again, I just wouldn’t bring my children.

This is the worst experience we want to be on a dolphin watch and see fireworks. The company calls me the day of the experience about 3 hours before having to be there amd tells me something is wrong with the boat and it's canceled. This is ridiculous I guess this company doesn't do preventative maintenance on its equipment just waits for it to break and then cancel everything planned if you are planning on scheduling something to go do. I definitely recommend go to another company do not use this one at all you will be disappointed.

I completely understand your frustration, and I want to explain the impact of the engine malfunction we experienced. Having an engine issue during peak season significantly affects our livelihood. Despite performing routine and preventative maintenance on all our vessels, unforeseen circumstances can arise, especially with large diesel marine engines.
We are now on day three of having a boat out of service, and the loss of revenue is challenging. This summer has been tough on our entire Island community, and this setback only adds to our financial strain. Our employees are also affected, as they depend on this work to pay their bills.
A little empathy and consideration for the bigger picture would have been appreciated when you wrote this review.

My family and I just went on the Fireworks Dolphin Watch cruise. What was advertised was a family-friendly cruise for dolphin watching and then a fireworks display. Unfortunately, we only saw 1 dolphin (obviously not the cruise’s fault, but still disappointing). The music was a nice variety. THEN it seemed like the entire vibe of the trip changed. The music switched to some decidedly NOT family friendly club music and a group on the cruise began drinking excessively, dancing in a way that made my kids pretty uncomfortable and spilling their drinks onto other passengers. This unfortunately continued for the remainder of the cruise. The fireworks were the only real highlight of the trip. Had the party atmosphere been advertised, we would have chosen a different trip for the whole family.

My husband, adult daughter, and I really enjoyed this cruise. It's become a tradition to take a cruise when we go to the beach. Our captain educated us on various islands, ships, etc in the area and he was knowledgeable about where to go to have the best chance of seeing dolphins His efforts paid off. We saw multiple dolphins and one had 2 5-month old babies. They ended up racing our boat! It was great.
