Doing this experience in December is a cool challenge. The views are amazing and even though we had a windy day we were able to see the beautiful landscape. The guide Velko was so welcoming and he told us a bit of the story of the place and the country. We recommend it a lot!

We didn’t realise that you can’t actually see the lakes during the height of winter because they were frozen and had snow over. Due to the extreme cold and severe weather conditions our guide offered us an alternative which was tailored to our requirements.

Easily the most incredible hike I’ve been on. I’ve never been snowshoeing before and this was a beautiful experience. Ves, our guide, was a fantastic person and the hike it self was unforgettable.

The most memorable part of our experience was to face our fears in the middle of these huge mountains, covered by an incredible mantle of snow. Vez, our guide, was experienced and helped us to hike: he gave advices, technical tips and was very friendly. I'd recommend this experience to anyone who wants to explore Bulgarian nature and to live a thrill that can change his/her mind, and probably his/her life.
