The product title gave the impression that it was needed to give us access to Gardens by the Bay, but access does not require a ticket.

Audio tour is a great way to look around the vast gardens. Especially good because it was raining. Gardens are vety well set out.

This was listed as entry to Gardens By the Bay, it even specified self tour... let's start with the fact that I was NOT sent tickets. I had to email the operator 3 times and it was only when I threatened to claim cost back from credit card that they responded by telling to to present attached voucher at the "office by main gift shop" to pick up tickets.
Well there is no main gift shop; there is one gift shop per experience at GBTB.
Thankfully the customer service team were able to assist and that's when we discovered that I was not sent/sold entry tickets as listed, but a ticket for a tour bus that was not running.
Meaning we then had to purchase entry tickets as the operator does not sell them! I have emailed the vendor again twice requesting a refund and have been ignored.
I also cannot email Viator regarding this as they only have phone or Whatsap listed - neither or which is an option for me while travelling. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

This was not an entrance ticket that allowed you to "skip the queue". It was a Viator voucher from a local travel agent, which was not clearly explained. When I got to the entrance, I was told I should have picked up the ticket from the travel agent in the city first. I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes while the Gardens staff kindly rang the travel agent and organised for the entrance ticket to be sent to them online. A bad start.

I booked this ticket for entry to the Gardens by the Bay Supertrees, Cloud Dome and Flower Dome but on arrival found that that the ticket was not valid to enable entry and so I had to book additional tickets at the venue. I paid £30 for two original entry tickets and the receipt provided by Viator stated these could be redeemed at the venue. When we arrived at the entry kiosk the tickets could not be redeemed and so we had to make secondary payments at the venue, paying separately for the Supertrees and then for the the combined domes; significantly more than the £30 paid initially.
When we tried to contact using the number provided by Viator, Globtix, they referred us back to Viator who we could not get hold of.
These tickets are non refundable but fortunately were booked through a credit card through which a refund will be pursued.
Looking back at reviews other people have had a similar experience.

I gave this four stars. My reason is the cloud and floral are amazing. However we book the fantasy dome also and when we arrived was told it was closed for a private event. Also I had to wait for about 39 min for bar code day of visit because I did not receive prior to arrival in Singapore. Even though I booked three weeks prior. We enjoyed the attractions we were able to see, but would have rearranged our trip plans to be able to see the Fantasy Dome.

We booked for the flower dome and cloud forest - did t bother with the super tree as we had already been on the Flyer and the Sky Observation deck .
If you can only do one definitely do the cloud dome

The view was espectacular, easy access to the tickets, we had to walk a lot but it was worth it.
This is a family plan and We liked this plan, easy access from the subway.

Disappointingly the cloud forest was closed for maintenance this was not explained on my booking and could not be moved to a following day. So we only saw the flower dome had I known I would not have booked this trip

These facilities are stunning and you could visit several times and see something different each time. Everything from the architecture to the vegetation are a visual treat.
My only complaint was with the your operator and the tickets. We got to the ticket window we were asked for our tickets but we couldn’t find them on the app. After 15 minutes of sheer frustration we finally found them under the Contact Tour Operator bar / seriously just random luck rather than any logical process.

This place is more than amazing. The plants, the flowers, the waterfalls, the exhibitions, the artistry, the structural beauty, the heights…all of it was breathtaking. We visited only two of the options but spent hours enjoying the beauty there. Highly recommend it!!!

Would highly recommend this visit. The cloud forest and flower dome were inside and air conditioned which was a great escape from the heat. The night time super tree show was excellent and ,for us, made a memorable last night in Singapore.

Cloud forest is must visit followed by flower dome. You should keep 3-4 hours for GBB. You can go during morning to see the gardens in day lights. the night show @ 7:45 PM is also worth attending

Had a great experience at Gardens by the Bay. Tickets confirmation and Timely reminders from Viator is well Appreciated.
The place has some beautiful Gardens, Cloud Forest, Domes and Flower zones and the light show was very scintillating and beautiful.
Must Visit Place with Family.

We booked tickets for flower dome, floral fantasy and the observatory. Flower dome was just amazing, as well as floral fantasy. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The observatory was not as great as I thought as the view from there was nothing special, so if I had to visit MBS again I would pick the OCBC instead! The experience was great though and the majority of the gardens are free to see and wonder around. A must see if you are in Singapore. I also had no trouble with the tickets from Viator, they sent me the full tickets via email.

Cloud forest is an amazing place where we can spend 1-2 hrs based on crowd, advisable to visit in daytime. Flower dome is okish, not that prominent compared to Cloud forest and Supertree.

The cloud forest is fantastic and demonstrated great design attentions in a more integrated view vertically. The waking path integration with closer views of the flowers/plants is great. The dome garden is more typical outside of the pretty color arrangement.

The Skywalk to the super trees was fabulous. But ticket office had trouble w my aviator tkt. Also, wandered @ park trying to find tkt window for skywalk. But the park is A-#1!! Well done, city planners!
