Cruise very nice. Tree show too hot when standing in the floor. Spectra light try to go to low level or stay in the front

Light shows are free and walkable from centre. River cruise is not free so could do cheaper but Nelson (Tour Guide) was brilliant and information shared was priceless - great guy…… knowledgable, informative, friendly and helpful

Tour guide Nelson was on time and very knowledgeable about Singapore. We enjoyed a relaxing boat ride on the river and marina. The Gardens by the Bay light show was great and we had plenty of time to get to the water and light show at Marina Bay Sands. Finally dropped off at hawker market for yummy dinner.

It’s well organized with hotel pickups.
The boat ride gives a good overview of the water area, and the light and sound show at the Super Trees is cool. It’s fairly priced.
Unfortunately, 6 guests were 15 minutes late getting back to the meeting spot, putting the guide in a tough spot and causing a dozen more of us to wait.

Enjoyed the harbour cruise however we were unable to hear the commentary that was being played on a screen - this would have been nice to hear so that we could better appreciate the beautiful views we were seeing.
There was a bit of standing around waiting for the bus but understandably as it was very busy in all the locations.
Would have liked to have heard more from our guide whilst on the bus, the more information the better. Ours was a small group on a big bus, maybe it could have been changed to a smaller bus noting the numbers (but not sure if that was possible).

A little bit hectic with such a large group and dealing with rain but our guide was a trooper. We loved the boat ride and two light shows. The bus driver was at the front of the line to get us to the second show in plenty of time. Guide provided ponchos and a few extra umbrellas which we appreciated. Nice experience!

Driver Amir & tourist guide Li were on time. Their service was good.
The price for this expedience is bit pricey considering the Supertree Grove is free.
Also, the fountain light show is free.

What is paid for wasn’t entry to attractions—it was the people behind the experience: the guide who managed the flow, the driver who handled timely pickups and transfers, the main transport team, and the operations staff coordinating logistics end to end, a trusted marketplace providing secure booking and traveller protection. Free attractions still require real humans, real coordination, and real costs to deliver safely and properly. That’s why it brings a good experience, but someone distorted it by calling it pricey.
The small group consisted of 24 people. The guide was by herself and did wonders to accommodate everyones requests. The river cruise was nice and informative. The light shows were espectacular.

It's all things you can do on you own for much less. The good thing is the hotel pick up but I think the cost was too high for what we got.
