Very exciting place. We especially enjoyed Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway. One of the places must have visit in Singapore.

Tickets never arrived. I had to purchase tickets on my own, which made me end up paying double. When I called for a refund, I was told I could not get a full refund.. not acceptable. Viator is usually much better then this!

To help resolve the situation, we processed the highest refund possible. The only amount excluded was the OCBC Skyway ticket, as it is a date-specific, non-refundable admission once the visit date has passed. We appreciate your patience and value your feedback as we continue improving our service.

I purchased tickets with Viator prior to our trip to Singapore and looking forward to seeing this attraction on my 71st birthday.
Viator sent me confirmation but said the entry ticket would be sent the day before. Well, I never received it and had to pay for this attraction again! The girl at the ticket counter even checked my email and did say it was paid for, but they couldn't give me an entry ticket it must come from Viator. That was 4/29/26 and it's 6/1/26 and I have not received my refund which I requested on 5/6 when we returned back home.
DO NOT BUY THIS FROM VIATOR!!!

Our records show that your travel date was 30 April, and the tickets were sent on 29 April at around 5:00 PM to your registered email address and booking chat. As the tickets had already been issued and delivered, we were unable to approve the refund request.
We also noted that the refund request submitted after the visit mentioned weather-related concerns rather than non-receipt of tickets. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve communication for future guests.

Don’t miss this one, take your time, take lots of pics. To view it all you need a day.I recommend you start with the Jurassic Park. We took the package that included transportation to and from park.

The ticked was extremely hard to redeem, ready to redeem was only a puff letter stating not a ticket, did not show any way to get a barcode to use, stood in line at window I figure they know, she tried everything ended up requesting help on viator, 30 minutes later they sent the the photo page with barcode. Total loss of time 1hr as we were on limited time with our cruise ship

When we arrived for the OCBC SKYWAY the ticket agent said our tour did not include that admission. We had to pay an extra $28 for the two of us. Next time I would just purchase the tickets at the site and skip Viator. It would have been cheaper

Beautiful gardens! Tickets
Easy to use . We were able to see the cloud forest then go out to have lunch then go into the flower dome . The skyway gave unbelievable views . Also a chance to get out of the heat as the cloud forest and flower dome were nice and cool!

Wow, what a place! We spent hours in the Flower Dome, and then I got goosebumps walking into the Cloud Forest with the Jurassic Park theme playing and seeing the waterfall for the first time. Such a memorable experience. We loved the Garden Rhapsody show at the Supertree Grove and our walk along the Skyway. Having both domes cool and comfortable on a very hot and humid day made it so easy to stay longer and enjoy everything.

Excellent experience, but would suggest people book via another operator. Communication to receive the tickets is confusing and complicated - You recieve a WhatsApp to say they will be delivered via WhatsApp on a different number than the operator 24hrs before, then additional information to say it will be delivered at 9pm. For us neither happened, and we only received our tickets on Viator chat, after a complaint.

What an incredible day whether you love gardens or not. The marvelous job Singapore has done with this land is amazing. The Jurassic experience is jaw dropping from the moment you walk into the cloud forest with the huge waterfall right in front of you. Plan on 3-4 hours for the cloud forest, skywalk ( do it early before it gets too hot because it is outside) and flower dome. We had a forest of cherry blossoms in bloom during our visit.

No problem with getting the tickets or using them. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to go up on the the skyway and as it was pouring down rain and late in the evening so didn't try to get a refund. The gardens were wondering lots to see especially during Chinese New Year! Not sure if I could have gotten my money back b/c of weather?

And our Viator tickets worked ever so smoothly. Just scanned them at the entrance of each attraction. And the Viator and team even changed our day with no problems as an attraction was closed the previous day.

Very nice to be able to walk the skywalk and see almost everything in the Gardens! Really enjoyed visiting the Floral, Flowers and Jurassic Domes! You will need. Bit of stamina to visit everything but worth the effort! We had. Little trouble getting all our tickets but the operator in India I believe was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed!
