Our private transfer from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh with driver Mr Om was simply excellent. From the moment we met, his kindness and helpfulness made the experience extremely pleasant. Mr Om was attentive to our every need, courteously accommodating our requests.
The journey itself was safe, very comfortable and absolutely on time. We particularly appreciated Mr. Om's calm and professional driving, which allowed us to completely relax during the journey.
An incredible added value was to turn the transfer into a real tour of Phnom Penh. Thanks to him, we had the opportunity to discover some interesting glimpses of the city and to enjoy a pleasant stop for lunch with a beautiful view of the Mekong. Even in times of traffic, Mr Om maintained a calm and relaxed attitude, helping to create a relaxed atmosphere on board.
We highly recommend the private transfer service by booking with Green Era Travel and in particular with the driver Mr Om, to anyone who wants a comfortable, safe and personalised trip. His professionalism and kindness made our transfer an unforgettable experience.

Convenient way to transfer , trip took about 3 hours due to traffic in PP. We arrived earlier at ferry wharf and were able to get driver to come earlier than we had booked it .

The driver met us at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port with a sign as we disembarked from the ferry back from the islands. We asked to be taken to Sisowath Quay and were there in about 2.5 hours. Everything was seamless.

We hired a taxi to pick us up at Sihanoukville Port following our trip to Koh Rong Island.
We had unfortunately got into a different taxi assuming it was the one I had hired. I should have double-checked, but I didn't, and it was ultimately my mistake.
It was only after almost an hour until we had realized that we were not in our hired cab. We stopped at a rest stop along the highway and the driver asked us for gas money at the pump. Fortunately, we were able to get in touch with the company promptly via phone and they quickly helped coordinate for our hired driver to come find us and pick us up at the rest stop. It wasn't a pleasant situation to be in, but the company handled everything professionally.
It was weird to be stranded at a rest stop pretty much out in the middle of no where, but our driver did manage to find us and took us to our destination.
Definitely would recommend this company as they handled the situation very well. Car is well maintained and comfortable.
For those that do use this or another company's taxi service, always ask the driver what your name is. They will know this information.

Really comfortable and clean. Driver was excellent and even used short cuts in Phnom Penh to avoid the worst of the traffic.

The driver was great, friendly but didn’t talk you to death.
The conditions were wet from start to finish and the driver took his time so he was safety first.
It’s a long journey and the driver made it comfortable and did a good job.

Traffic terrible do not hit rush hour in phohm Penh and also found the stop break cafe poor quality food and terrible service!

シアヌークビルのフェリー乗り場からプノンペンの自宅までの送迎をたのみました。当日は悪天候でフェリーが1時間程遅れましたがテレグラムでやり取りをして待っていてくれました。お迎えも雨が降っていたため桟橋のところまできて名前の書いてある紙を持って行ってくれたのですぐにわかりました。途中で道を間違えてましたが相乗りのバンよりも高くつきますがその価値はあります！お水も用意してくれていました。
