My wife and I wanted to experience a Turkish massage and this was definitely the place the do it. From pick up to drop off the whole experience was easy and stress free. Upon an arrival we were given locker keys and towels. Once changed we were guided through the experience by the team they have. Once the massage, sauna and steam room were done we were presented with a couple of options for additional massages. These were not pushed on us at all but for the price we took the full body massage which did not disappoint. Full body combined with hot stones. Definitely worth a visit if you has a free afternoon or want to experience a authentic Turkish massage experience.

Friendly staff. The spa centre has their own drivers for pick up and drop off allowing a great flexibility on scheduling. The introduction was clear at start and they didn't force upselling at all. The hot stone massage we paid extra for was very good. However, if the time spent in the sauna and steam room could be longer, it would be even better. All in all it worths the money and time to visit the spa centre

Driver arrived 20 minutes prior to collection time but was happy to wait until I was ready. Driver drove to the venue which took around 15 minutes without wearing a seat belt so the vehicle beeped the whole way. My experience once there was excellent and very relaxing.

I really enjoyed this experience and thought it was worth every penny. We started off with time in the sauna, then we had the hamam experience. As a black women I suggest you wear your natural hair so that you can enjoy the experience with water on your face, if not they are very accommodating to wig wearers too. We then got to relax while we had a face mask and we got a full body massage. The guides were very friendly and funny. Overall 10/10 experience. Made the start of my birthday amazing.

This was truly value for money. I went with my wife and 2 kids (9 and 3). They took great care of everyone. My wife being Muslim, did not want to to the Hamam in the mixed area, so we paid just 20 euro more to get a massage for the duration of mine and the boys full service. My youngest was free, but they still gave him a foam massage and bath and a basic oil down and face mask. Staff were fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful. You have to buy drinks and ice cream for extra money but it’s not a problem, as the service itself is very reasonably priced.
You have to decide how long you want to spend in sauna and steam room… and then tell the staff when your ready for your Turkish bath. Personally I didn’t like the Turkish bath, I feel the young boy who did it, was not strong enough or experienced enough to scrub properly. But I was happy with the massage. Overall, it was amazing value for money. I would reccomend you take swimming trunks to use during the entir process and then change into clean underwear when it’s all done. There is an area that you can also shower in the changing rooms, but we didn’t feel the need to have a seperate shower. Towels were clean and we have already booked to go again. Pick and drop off service was free and very prompt. We loved it thoroughly.

It was very good experience. Pick up on time, very kind people. Place was modern, clean and tidy. We received everything as described and more. We requested a therapeutic massage for our back and shoulder pain. The problem disappeared after a 1-hour, very professional massage. We'll be back in two days for a second massage! We highly recommend this place!!!

Average experience- transfer to hamam, mud pool was disgusting (don’t know how sanitary it actually is) no instructions on what to do there etc. no warm water after the mud pool to shower yourself..
then sauna no clear guide on how much time you have to spend in sauna and in salt room.
Then hamam - quick average scrubbing etc.
All experience together - average, wouldn’t go there for a 2nd time.

Wow what a fantastic experience! Start to finish the experience was fun and relaxing. The mud bath was unexpected as not on the list but so much fun! Just don’t take your best swimwear. It does wash off though. Each room was fantastic and a nice experience.Turkish bath was authentic and no hard sell. If we declined anything at extra costs it wasn’t a problem at all. I’ve recommended others for this experience. You csnt go wrong at this price.

Worst experience ever,
Started with 15 mins bus delay, and then when arrived, the leader roudly shouted at my husband thet why we were standing BEFORE the gate, and not AFTER the gate,
And when my husband said “it’s due to your delay, for which it was not safe to stay in the middle of street”, the leader roudly turned the head and had no excuse AT ALL!
Then, when arrived to the place, all the team were very aggressive, no welcome, no communication, no introduction about different treatments, and just asked to change the clothes, and go to the Mud bath, which we didn’t want to use that, but nobody checked with us which programms are desired!
Finally, when we were in the middle of oil message, (I preferred to go with a lady masseur), one of the turkish men came to my room, which was very unexpected for me, and while I was undressed on the bed, and only covered with a piece of towel, said the my lady masseur told him that I have some problem in my feet which needs extra treatment, and I should pay for them, and this happened exactly to my husband in another room.
Actually, we had plan to go for extra options like medical massage before all these happened, but with this DISGUSTING service, we absolutely decided not to pay even 1 extra penny to them.

Arrivé du chauffeur devant notre hôtel à 16h, comme convenue.
J'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et nos 3 enfants, mais malheureusement trop de coup de soleils, donc désistement de nos enfants à la dernière minute.
La personne du hamam a accepté de nous faire 30 min de massage chacun à la place de nos enfants, c'était très sympa de leurs part.
Le seul point négatif, les lieux! Ne vous attendez pas au hamam des hôtel 5 etoiles 😉, mais le service était plutôt pas mal.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, es war teilweise ziemlich laut und die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich viel während der Behandlung, was die Entspannung stört. Es wird durchgehend, auch mitten in der Massage, probiert, einem weitere Optionen aufdringlich zu verkaufen.

Super nettes Personal alles gut erklärt
Erst Schlammbad, anschließend Sauna, danach der Salz Raum der etwas übel richt und zu guter letzt das Dampfbad.
Das Hamman wurde von einem Lehrling durchgeführt mangelhaft
Zum Schluss gab es eine Öl Massage da wurden die Diagnose gut gestellt und eine weiterführende Massage für 50€ angeboten. Transfer zurück verlief reibungslos 👍
Alles in allem würde ich sagen für den Preis ok
