The service was amazing but we paid on the app then when we got to the Spā we had to pay again for the exact same that was listed in cash.

4 of us attended and chose the vip package. Be warned that not many speak english but not a problem other than the salt room was first and we were just left to sit in a room with salts on the floor for about 5 mins we had no idea what to do. Then we had a sauna before having the haman which was lovely we upgraded to the scented salts for the exfoliation before the bubble massage. We then were taken into the relaxation room and had the face mask applied and were offered drinks before having the fish nibbling our feet. Finally we were taken seperately for our oil massages which were divine. All in all great value, very relaxing and we left with the smoothest of skin and smiling. Might book again before we leave.

Worst ever massage a had in this many years. Reception staff was a cheat. They did not have any change in local TL. Hence paid 80TL. Extra due to their business don't carry any change. What a joke. They might have good massagers in. But one allocated me was not trained at all. And can not speak a ward in English.

I wouldn’t have even given 1 star but had no choice. This place you need to avoid I was booked for a 2 hour spa but they finished it within 45 minutes and that’s including transfer time. The staff started getting rude and disrespectful and then refused to take me back to our hotel I then had to call the police as they tried swinging for me but they soon changed their ways as soon as the police came. Viator and tourmania also knew that this place has many bad reviews but yet they still booking families to go there.

The pick up took ages as it depended on whether guests were on time. On several occasions diver had to go physically go into each hotel and the get the guests. This eat into the spa experience time. Because of this the rest of the experience was then rushed. I am a hijab women and there were no provisions, no privacy, the baths were mixed men and women, this was very awkward and uncomfortable for me. So if you are a modest woman avoid this experience - it is not for you. The massage was 15 minutes if not less, really not what I expected. This was the fist time my daughter had a hammam and it was rubbish, don't waste your money.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Best massage I have ever had. Very relaxing and a bargain! Worked out at 21 pounds sterling. Had a salt rub, then the foam bath, then a wonderful massage in warm oil. The gent was very respectful and I am going back again today for a spinal masssage. 10/10!

Having the hamam was nice, but if you book online the day before, they will not call you for a pick-up-time, at least they did not call my. It workd out fine in the end, because of helpful custome-service. It is also good to be aware that the person who gives you a massage probably will tell you that you have a problem thety will fix for an ekstra cost. IThey wanted 200 euro to fix me. A lot of money and far too much. Found the same massage a different place for 30 euro. The same happened to 4 of the 5 other people I talked to after the hamam, a policy I do not like.

The hole experience was brilliant until the heavy sell was put on when at the massage part of the experience. This put a dampener on it. They insisted that I needed a 'medical massage' for my back. This I knew was false as I get treatment at home. Other participants also got the hard sell.

Prijskwaliteit gegarandeerd! Samen met dochterlief van 10 jaar, voor het eerst naar de wellness en dan ook nog eens Hammam. We zijn goed verwend met het standaard behandeling. Ze had een chocolade peeling omdat ze kind is, beter geen scrub. Ruim 2 uur namen ze de tijd voor ons. Transfer van en naar hotel was ook top en razendsnel afgestemd.

Wir haben zu Dritt gebucht. Ich habe im Flugzeug von Hannover nach Antalya einen Unfall. Im Krankenhaus wurde ein Meniskusanriss festgestellt. Da meine Bein geschwollen ist konnten nur meine Freunde den Termin wahrnehmen. Den Beiden hat es solala gefallen, weil ich nicht dabei war. Auf die Frage von meinen Freunden ob ich mein Geld zurück bekommen, da ich ja unverschuldet nicht konnte, wurde verneint. Null Toleranz, in meinem Fall hätten Sie ruhig eine Ausnahme machen können.

Für den Preis super, ist zwar etwas älter aber sonst hat alles gepasst. Personal auch sehr freundlich . Man wird vom Hotel abgeholt und wieder zurück gefahren .
