Convenient pick and drop off from hotel which is always a bonus. We met with our driver Ahmed who was very kind and professional. He made sure we safely got on our boat. The boat ride itself was a beautiful experience. The skipper was engaging which was nice. The trip wasn't too long which was nice.

A very easy and comfortable way to enjoy the reef without even getting wet, I would suggest it to families with small children and people who for any reason don't want to or cannot swim.
Pick-up and drop-off on time with a very nice car and smart driver.

The transfer was on time. Got to boat had good seats looking into the glass boat. No commentary of what we were seeing but we videod the trip so we can always google it later x trip about 30nins

It was only an hour long, but the captain tried his best. He showed us some great places where we could admire coral reefs and underwater life.
The hotel pick up was on time, friendly and safe driver.

Worth doing the trip to see the coral, loads of fish as a bonus. Quite a few kids on the boat, hopefully will encourage them to protect our natural world.

Pick up was a little complicated because althouth they offererd pick up at my hotel they were not allowed in so after many exchanges we found a way to meet up .The boat required a transfer to another boat which had a glass bottom but no safety drill and could not see any lifejackets .We saw a few fish and some coral almost half dead as we stayed close to shore .So Although cheap I cannot recommend .

To be honest from the early beginning and you seemed very confused and have difficulties to get and understand our instructions well enough. We suffered a lot during our conversation with you prior to the tour. It seemed that you were in a hurry all of the time. Despite we did inform you on WhatsApp that your pick up time will be at 14:30 but you were calling us starting from 14:00 rushing us. Even when we told you that we are going to pick you up from the lobby of the hotel (BTW he was not a guest at this hotel but just a visitor, he had no room there.), he didn't wait for us at the lobby and did walk out to the main gate on his own decision and with no request from our end. The exchanges which he is talking about have been made every time by him and not by us. Unfortunately we have to say that this guy is not telling the truth and for sure we don't recommend any travel agency to sell him any excursion or tour.

Really good little trip. Got picked up spot on by Lovely Ahmed. He took us to the boat trip and made sure we got on safely. Then greeted us when we had finished and waited while we did a spot of shopping.
The boat trip was lovely, not too long, but quite busy which was fine. We all had a seat so no problem. The skipper gave us bits of food to feed the fish and it was lovely to see them through the beautifully clear water.

First of all, I want to give highest credit to pickup driver. It was a very nice and super clean Mitsubishi SUV. He was at the hotel on the right time and he was very polite and professional.
The tour was also very good. We saw many interesting fishes and there was even a manta ray. I hope next time we will come up with a turtle as well.

Nabil our tour guide was amazing. He picked us up on time and was easy to communicate with. He also gave us a detailed history about Sharm and answered a lot of questions our group had. The boat tour itself was relaxed and we saw lots of coral reefs and fish. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Collection was on time in a comfortable air conditioned bus.
We arrived and sat by the beach until the boat was ready, where Mohammed gave us some great information on Sharm's history which was really interesting.
The boat was nice, and the driver very friendly. There were quite a few different nationalities on board and no guide. So the driver pointed out a few fish. It was amazing to see and to be so close to the coral without having to get wet. Would have liked a bit more info on what we were seeing, but we can Google.
We were given food to feed the fish too which our daughter loved.
Back on land we sat again at the beach in the shade and enjoyed an ice cream which were very reasonably priced.

Guide was Mohamed he was very knowledgeable and explained a out what we were going to see but also about sharm el Sheikh itself driver for transfers amazing Boat staff so nice nothing was to much trouble.

The experience was good! We ended making a few stops before the actual experience begun. I have a preteen so she didn’t mind the experience for the first 20minutes after that she was bored.
The experience is great for those who admire marine and sea life as it requires a bit of patience.

Lovely trip out with family took care of our daughter and gave her bread to throw out to the fish, seen lots of tropical fish and the driver was lovely telling us all about the different fish, thanks Captain Nemo ! 🤣🐠 got picked up and dropped off at are hotel with air con driver was nice telling us bits along the way old town / mosque thanks for a fab trip

It was more spectacular for kids than adults, but it has nothing to do with the agency we booked with here, the service with Nabil and the driver was great, very professional and made sure my parents and I had a great time. If you have never done any diving in Sharm or Hurghada you might still be impressed by corals and fish and if you have kids they will definitely love it.

Amazing experience!
The tour guide was very helpful and told us when to get our cameras ready. The experience was wonderful and my kids my husband and my parents all enjoyed it.
I did the submarine boat last year and it wasn't as good as the glass bottom boat. With this boat ride you can see all the fish under the sea. With the submarine you can only see from one side.
Truly a wonderful experience for all ages! And great value for money!

Anyone having any doubts about booking do it now! From pick up to drop off everyone we had contact with was super friendly. My daughter didn't like the way on to the boat so they moved the boat just for her! The father and son who tuck us out on boat, friendly chatty and made sure we had seen plenty! Kids loved feeding fish and plenty to see. On top of that my mum walks with a stick not so mobile. Everyone couldn't help her enough made the trip so easy. Are driver who collected and dropped us off was lovely safe driver .we was also given free cold water for trip back. Fantastic trip worth every penny

Exceptional Customer Service!: We were very impressed with the entire team. They provided exceptional customer service, picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel right on time.
In addition to the amazing boat tour itself, the company manager went above and beyond by sharing interesting historical insights about the city throughout the trip. This unexpected touch added a real depth to the experience and was incredibly valuable.
The boat tour was fantastic – we saw beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of fish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour company to anyone visiting the area, and we'll definitely be using them again on future trips!
