This is such a fantastic tour! Ari is an amazing guide and he kept my 2 teenage kids and myself entertained for the whole day. He is extremely knowledgable and adapted our trip to our needs. We took the tour from Tirana to Sarande which was a great way to make the trip without needing to do the drive myself while also seeing so much on the way. Thank you so much Ari!

Ari, our guide, was fantastic. Gave me a proper history lesson on the drive and had plenty of other knowledge during the day. All 3 locations were worth the time.
Blue Eye has a train for those worried about the walk. My favourite part was gjirokaster bazaar, lovely place to walk around, and definitely take Ari's recommendation for lunch.

Ari was an excellent driver and guide. He was in contact before our tour to ensure everything went smoothly. He went over the plan at the start to make sure we were on the same page. He shared history and information with me but also respected my wishes not to be overloaded with information as my previous tour guide did.
He brought water and snacks and made plenty stops every time I had to go to the bathroom. He suggested some additional stops before our tour but then helped decide what to cut out when I got tired and was falling asleep during the drive. He paid for all the food and drinks at our stops and took lots of pictures for me. He allowed me to set the sightseeing pace which I loved! I highly recommend Ari, I will be using him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour of Albania or other parts of the Balkans.

Absolutely great trip, our guide Ari was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went to some great spots and the sights were amazing. Ari answered all our questions and gave us great detail about the history and culture of Albania and surrounding parts, all was very interesting. The lunch Ari provided for us was one of the best lunches I have ever eaten, truly delicious. I would highly recommend Ari and his trips. His local knowledge is vast and he also told us about some places near our hotel to visit which were brill.

If you want to discover the most beautiful place in Albania in one day, this is your tour. We learnt about history of the country, saw the amazing nature that they have and enjoyed the typical food. The guide was very nice and explained everything very well.

We went on this beautiful day trip on July 12 with our wonderful guide Ari!
It was exactly as it was described. Moreover, Ari was very accommodating as he picked us up from Gjirokaster and dropped us back there instead of Sarande!
We visited both enchanted castles of Sarande and Gjirokaster, we also were amazed with the wonderful Blue Eye, and spend amazing time by the magical Ksamil beach! We had a nice sea food lunch in one of the nice Ksamil beach restaurants!!
Our guide Ari was very knowledgeable and we had a good time with him, he is also an excellent driver. He took very good care of us especially when it comes to high altitude, he was very careful since my husband has some height issues! This trip is definitely a special one and would be greatly memorable.

We are sorry to hear these words from you, but we are feeling much worse to hear a lie from a 70 years old man from whom we were expecting a THANK YOU!
1. the tour was not cancelled but you were refunded the full price of the tour as you requested because you started to complain about the price without even starting the tour.
2.It is true that you have requested a tour in italian but we do not offer your in Italian language, therefore you felt disappointed that you and your friend couldn't talk in English.
3. As a company which aims our guest's satisfaction and always a high quality of our services, we tried to manage to arrange a guide in italian language, so we found Sosiana (an amazing professional guide who showed you around the city of Gjirokaster).
4.Besides the tour itinerary that we had, you asked us to add Butrint National Park so we didn't hesitate to fulfill your wishes and we took you in Butrint.
5. Even though you were a very demanding person we tried to treat you as well as we treated the rest of our wonderful guests that we had before you.
6.To make sure that you would get satisfied, we were continually asking you and your friend Barko if everything was okay and you both said Yes continually.
7.Viator / TripAdvisor is the biggest touring platform and we are glad to be working with them, so before booking, you have the price of each tour listed on Viator.
In this case if you weren't able to afford the price of this tour, you weren't obligated to book it.
8.We have all the evidences to prove to Viator that you have intended this tour, you have been to Butrint with us (although it was not in itinerary), we have the pictures and the payment you made in PayPal.
We would be happy to upload all the evidences on this comment if Viator let us.
9.Again as a 70 years old man like you, we are so sorry to hear these words from you.
