Overview
One of the best ways for the adventurous to explore the impressive landscapes in Bosnia and Herzegovina is on a full-day mountain bike trip. You have the choice to ride on gravel or single-track, depending on your riding level. Your bike and lunch are provided, so you don’t need to source these elsewhere. The highlight is getting to Skakavac waterfall, the second highest in Europe.

I was the only person booked in that day, so I got a solo tour. Although it was raining (so not ideal weather) I still got a decent view of the waterfall (top and bottom), the lunch was tasty and the ride was certainly a good work out. My guide Suno was very patient and let me set the pace.

A truly unique experience in Bosnian nature with a fantastic guide. This tour is certainly challenging as there is a fair amount of up hill riding, so I would recommend to do this if you have experience in mountain biking or you like pushing yourself. The scenery throughout was amazing with the waterfall being the main event… it did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this tour and this tour company. I will certainly be back to do more of their experiences!
