Colorful Atlantic Rainforest Birds

We left Sao Paulo very early before sunrise to be able to see the birds when they were most active. Transportation out to the Atlantic Forest was excellent and safe allowing us to nap a bit in the car; there were even snacks and drinks provided. The birdwatching guide at the ecological site communicated with other guides on site to make sure that we saw as many colorful birds as possible; we were excited to spot a toucan and at least 10 other types of birds. The food provided on site was surprisingly good. The guides really took care of everything that we needed to make sure our experience was excellent in every way.
