The communications before the tour were excellent and the meeting point in a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood easily accessed via uber. Thomas our guide was extremely engaging, well travelled and interested in us as visitors. The bikes were well serviced and expectations for the tour well managed. Thomas was courteous and mindful of us and our abilities and adjusted the tour accordingly. We loved the whole experience, views of the City and gained local knowledge along the way. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this tour as it gave a good overview of the park and the city. Tom is a great guide and very knowledgeable. This tour was blend of the park and historic city due to scheduling changes that day.

The bike tour was a ton of fun. Parque Bicentenario was wonderful with lots of animals to see. Most of the route was on dedicated bike lane so it's absolutely safe. And San Cristobal hill was just an amazing park to ride in. The view from the hill is on a class of it's own. Loved it. Shout out to my guide, Tomas, you were amazing, had a blast today, thank you

Don’t be intimidated, this is a very easy ride, it’s picturesque and one of the highlights of my visit to Santiago. The start is in a residential neighborhood which seems a bit strange to begin with. Guide was kind, informative and engaging.

Our guide for our ride today was Baltazar. He was terrific. Not only did he take us on a fabulous bike ride but he also knew much about the history and the city. He made the guide very memorable and enjoyable.

We were very lucky to be guided by Jaime who not only obviously enjoys what he does but took great care of us and allowed us a voice in what length and difficulty of ride we would be taking. The scenery was fabulous and the ride quite Magnificent. One of the bikes was not as good as the other in terms of gears but fortunately one of us is a better rider so he was able to manage this. Jaime did offer his bike which was incredibly kind of him. All in all a great trip.

Excellent bike tour and relaxed cable car ride up offering the best views of the city! I took this tour together with my family from Japan during their visit in Santiago. Of all the tours I saw on Viator and TripAdvisor, this seemed like the most entertaining and personalized. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us useful information about the city and what places to visit after the tour. The bike ride down was definitely unforgettable where we could see great views of both sizes of the city. The bikes and the gear seemed to be really well maintained. This was a great tour! Jenni was a knowledgable guide and she really customized the tour for me. I loved taking the cable car to the top of San Cristobal Hill, enjoyed riding around the park and the city, and learned a lot about the city from Jenni. It was a lovely tour! We ended up clocking 18.5 miles, and it was totally custom to my comfort, fitness level, and what I wanted to see in the city/park. Well done, Jenni!
