I don't recommend it. The guide and driver were cool, but we had to rush from place to place, everything was crowded, and the hot springs were a bad joke. You drive forever, the views are nice, but the hot springs themselves were sad to use and behold. The lowest two pools were completely empty because they were freezing, no kind of heating, towel, or drink service for when you get out, and the changing rooms were dark and frigid. The people who run it seem to just want a quick buck because they charge almost nothing to get in and deliver almost nothing in return.

We feel happy to know we tour was good. the hotsprings are on the middle of nowhere, 2500 msnm on the deep andes, you can't wait a bar or other services, in the middle of nowhere, but well, the espectations of a rural aventure, it can't be a resort on the higest andes. For the next Time o suggest yo read More about your destination, AND ir you want a resort on the andes, you have to lookking for that, not for a natural tour, with natural hotsprings of an Active Vulcano, un the middle of nowhere, and for go to the VOLCANO HOTSPRINGS you need to Drive A LOOOOT. This are natural, rural, FAR AN WILD HOTSPRINGS Sr.

Perfect Day Perfect Guide Amazing Time!

Jesus was an incredible travel guide for our little adventure! He was one of the only options I could find where we could all come. Myself, our nanny, my 9 year old son and our 8 month old who does travel easy and well. It ended up being the 4 of us and him. From the time he pulled up to pick us up until he dropped us off. His energy was consistent and intentional with our time and activities, but also relaxed and not rushed or stressful. We stopped for breakfast, made it to the Hot Springs, had plenty of time there, he helped us navigate the pools and how to hop around them, we stopped at his friends place on the way back to buy some rocks, we stoped to eat a lovely buffet, saw a mini zoo, stopped by this beautiful eco constructed Hantzel and Gretel looking house and bought chocolates and ate ice cream, and stopped by the river for wine and snacks, then headed back to our stay! Jesus was incredible and we highly recommend booking with him and his company. I think the whole day we seemed to be having the best time around many other groups whom we saw at several places. Plus he likes the Red Hot Chili Peppers and he speaks English very well!
