Not a tour, transfer between places

It was very unfortunate that a person who is not qualified to be a guide happened to be in my “City Tour”. I ordered it in English, but all conversation was with a Spanish speaking tourist in Spanish with occasional translation in poor English for me. Almost no information on history, just very limited info about places we visited. Such a waste of time and I only had one day in Santiago.

Very disappointed with this hour. Though I was aware that it was not a walking tour, I did expect to get an idea of the layout of the city and learn something about the sites and Santiago at large; however, my guide did not provide much information at all. (The only positive was that he was prompt; in fact, he arrived 30 minutes early.) Because of ongoing protests (November 2019), my hotel changed twice. Despite sending several messages through Viator and WhatsApp, I received no confirmation that my pick-up location was noted.

Ismael was our guide. He was enthusiastic , passionate and knowledgeable about the history of Chile and Santiago. We appreciated his English fluency. His knowledge is deep.

Tonto su comentario se le aviso 1 dia antes que no se podria hacer el city tour por manifestaciones en el centro y el dinero viator se encarga de devolverselo MENTIROSO ES USTED Y TONTO SU COMENTARIO.

Per quanto riguarda il tour in sé non posso lamentarmi, tutto è stato eseguito come mi aspettavo. Purtroppo con noi nel tour c'erano anche due persone che non han fatto che bere e ubriacarsi dalle 8.00 alle 17. 00... Moleste e fastidiose. Sia per il gruppo che per le guide. Ci tengo a dire che la guida ha cercato di gestire al meglio e pazientemente la situazione, grazie a lui la cosa è risultata solo sgradevole ma poteva andare molto peggio...
