Unorganized and not very good communication

First wine tasting at Laura Hastings was amazing! However, the communication leading up to the wine tour was poor with no itinerary given beforehand. The second winery we went to, we had to pay for out of pocket, not included with the price. Overall, there are probably better tours out there.

We had a personal guide and driver. We visited two wineries and lunch at another. They also took us at our request into Santa Cruz town where there was a wine festival. Very good driver and guide and car. Very well worthwhile.
