Disappointed. We thought we would be with the same group for entire trip. Not so. We were merely added to a local tour group each day. Never saw the same people twice. Never given any details about the days activities. Only told what time to be picked up each day. In hindsight it’s best to book your own trip. It’s easy. Pick better hotels. Save lots of money. Towns are small and easy to walk to pickup points. Most hotels sell the tours so it’s easy to set up. Taxis are only $2. The turtle centers are free to visit. We pretty much felt we were on our own anyway. Everybody we were grouped with booked on their own. We were the only ones who didn’t. In summary, we enjoyed the whole experience but was disappointed in this package.

As for your claims: -We never said that you are going to be with the same people during all the program, we offered different daily tours and we delivered. - You received information about the different sites you visit, before hand, before booking it, and also after landing in Galapagos, from your contact person, so that part is simply not true.
