It was a wonderful experience! Mr. Kerim took great care of me! He was prompt and his communication was great. He made sure I knew what to bring and the itinerary. Great sites and pictures, yummy food, and conversation. I learned a lot and had fun. The waterfall was beautiful, the caves were cool and the kayaking was actually really relaxing. The water was calm and nice. The restaurant he chose for lunch was delicious with a great view of the lake too. Time well spent. I would highly recommend this tour with Mr. Kerim!

It makes no absolute sense to pay $200 when >50% of trip was out of our own pocket. The driver was also hesitant to pick me up outside of the Petro Sola zone. While understand not everyone wants to do the adrenaline rush activities; then maybe you should lover your quote to $100.

Hello Ms. Helen, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the activities during the day, and I’d like to clarify what was included in your tour. The $195 you paid was processed through Viator, which retains a 25% commission. That means we received $141.95. From this, we covered entrance fees (waterfall, caves, kayak), your lunch, fruits, and bottled water, leaving a net of $92. This amount also had to cover vehicle depreciation, fuel, and driver expenses for a 280 km journey.
Our pickup policy is within the San Pedro Sula urban area, and we’ll make sure this is clearer in future communications. We understand that not all guests wish to do optional adrenaline activities, which is why they are not included in the base price. If we were to include those activities, the overall price would increase further because Viator’s commission applies to the total package cost. Your suggestion about adjusting quotes is valuable, and we’ll consider it as we refine our offers. Our goal is always to provide safe, well‑organized, and enjoyable experiences.

The waterfall was absolutely stunning. The lake was beautiful. I enjoyed Kayaking. The caves were really nice. The fruit snacks delicious. The lunch was to die for. I The highly recommend this trip. .Kerim is a great tour operator. I would go anywhere with him. This was my second tour with .Kerim.

This was a great activity for my first visit to Honduras. I was able to get so much done and saw some amazing places while on the way there. Kerim was patient and knowledgeable of the area and country as a whole. I felt well-informed about the country’s history and safe at all times. I had authentic food and drinks so it made my stay memorable. Will do it again!

Kerim is more than a tour guide. He felt like a local friend and is a treasure and champion of San Pedro Sula! Super knowledgeable, professional, prompt and kind, Kerim went above and beyond every step of the way.
I booked two tours with Kerim and used his transportation services to bring me to the airport to fly out to Roatan!
I highly recommend Kerim , felt incredibly safe while on his tours (especially as a solo woman traveler) and 1000% would use his tour services again - as I hope to visit Honduras again one day!

My guide Karim was very knowledgeable and polite. He was easy to chat with, since it was an all day excursion that was just the two of us. The experience was gorgeous, and hiking through to the back of the waterfall was intense and worth it!!

An unique experience and a very good personal service by Kerim. Pulhapanzac waterfall is a miracle, and kayaking at Yojoa lake adventurous and relaxing. Both are not well known targets, but deserve more visitors.
