Alejandro and his crew took very good care of us. There were always hot drinks and snacks in between snorkeling and there was also Dramamine for those who felt seasick. We saw so many different marine life, the water was a little rough and cold but it was worth it! Highly recommend doing this tour.

Was a great tour with several snorkeling spots and beautiful remote beaches. Guide was great and they fed us well with snacks and lunch. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the tour description mentioned we would be fishing for an hour and my son was very much looking forward to that activity - it was not part of the tour. I would recommend that the description be updated so that it is accurate and to avoid disappointment.

This tour was not as advertised and as a whole very disappointing from the provider to the boat and the crew.
1st of all, the group size is anything but small. 12 participants plus 3 crew and 1 guide. That's standard for all 360 tours, so immediately don't book this tour because of the "small group" advertising.
2nd, if not enough participants book with eco challenger / hammerhead, you will be bumped to a misfit boat with multiple tour companies combining, so don't book this for the boat advertised.
3rd the boat we were put on was disgraceful, between no comfortable seating outside and the constant yelling to sit on a particular side (for weight? This wasn't an issue on any other charters).
4th the "chef" on board cut some fruit and provided some store bought snacks, not nearly enough for what you want after snorkeling. The lunch was grilled meat that different companies has offered different options and led to a lot of confusion. Overall just a lack of food, certainly don't book expecting something special. Being your own snacks.
5th the attitude of the crew and especially the guide was very much disinterested and unhelpful, they know you won't be back so they don't even put in bare minimum. Questions were ignored, communication was mid and overall left us confused a lot of the time.
6th the tour operator acts similarly to the tour guide, no care for repeat business and does below minimum standard (we had $30USD cruises that gave better instructions). Make sure you pack a pair of shoes you're happy to get wet, as you'll need for a WET landing and then hike over lava rock. Bring your own towel as well, only one is provided right at the end.
7th the time at the stops is really disjointed, spending more time at the less exciting and known spots then a very short amount of time where you want longer. We spent less than 30 minutes at kicker rock...
Overall, this tour had spectacular wildlife and scenery, but I strongly urge you to find a cheaper operator who will give you an equal experience, this one was nothing special and honestly let us down.
Once you're in San Cristobal, you'll find numerous operators offering a 360 tour, walk around and barter for a best price, we certainly wish we did.

A great tour! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! We snorkeled in 3 different places and toured around the entire island. Snacks and lunch were delicious. Well worth the money!

This was by far the best snorkel excursion I’ve ever done. If you are going to the Galapagos and want to see cool marine life, you NEED to do this. Alejandro was our guide and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. Worth every penny.

I booked the trip for my family of six. I received a confirmation with little information, there was no WhatsApp number to contact the tour operator directly. I sent them an email to confirm and they responded in 24 hours. Their phone number and email address is not based in Ecuador. Then I got a WhatsApp message from a local agency, Eco Challenger Galapagos to confirm the time for gathering. In the day of the trip, we met at Eco to get the equipment then we walked to the pier. Where we met our guide and then we got on boat named Golden Reel with other six people. The boat was exactly the size, it felt snuggly but ok. The boat crew was nice and helpful, the had a chef who prepared lunch and snacks for us. The first half was smooth sailing. We got to Kicker rock, and we were dropped for our first snorkeling, but it was crowded with other boats and it was tough to get into the water with all the boars swirling around.
The guide (Angel) was paying half attention to us, seems to be busy most of the time with chatting with the crew than telling us what to expect or checking on us. That continued to be the theme for the rest of the trip, and it only got worse when the water started to be chubby to take us from Bahia Sardine to Rosa Blanco Bahia, which lasted for 45 min with rough water only to reach Rosa Blanco and find it very foggy, with very poor visibility. Other similar trips I took, they guide tweak the spots based on weather condition, so you get the best experience socially if it was much higher fare than the equivalent 360 trips. In Rosa Blanca my son and I got wounded by the sharp rocks, while getting into the bay, as well as another lady from the other group. The guide didn’t bother to warn us of the rocks. Then it was another 1.5 hours of choppy waters till we got back. So if I have to make this trip worth it, it would have been only 180 degrees and just half a day, for half the price.

I am so glad we chose this experience!!! Our guide was great, very engaging and informative. He really wanted us to see all the animals that we could. I wanted to see some hammerhead sharks and we were able to spot a couple at Kicker Rock!! We swam with huge sea turtles and interacted with sea lions during our snorkel times too! It was so fun!

Our small group was able to spend the first hour of our 360 tour enjoying sea turtles and a couple of hammerhead sharks at Kicker Rock; a ‘cleaning station’ of the ocean. Basically (from my understanding) the fish take parasites off of these awesome creatures. Phenomenal experience overall. Along the boat ride to destination after destination we saw so much wildlife! We were treated to a large pod of bottlenose dolphins and snorkled with reef sharks, sea turtles and many varieties of fish along this island of the Galapagos. I’m grateful for the experience overall.

Tour was very good and the crews were very good and very caring. We enjoyed snorkeling, swimming and view, and saw giant turtles swimming under and next to you, blue with black dot sting ray, small black and white shark, different species of fish, red crab and other local birds.

Tour was well organized and our guide made sure everyone was safe, prepared and aware of what to expect during the tour. Provided us with information about the diverse island wildlife. The tour crews were all professional and tried their best for everyone to have a great time.
Only thing is there was not really much to see in kicker rock snorkeling except for different colorful species of fish and a turtle (probably other marine animals hide, they knew we’re coming 😄).
Rosa Blanca is where we saw a lot of marine animals such as sharks/ rays / turtles and different species of fish. The fishing part was one of the tour highlights we’re able to catch a good size tuna and was served as part of our snack.

I am highly recommending this tour for the tourists who want to see the best spots on the Cristobal Island during a short visit. First, we headed to the legendary Kicker Rock and snorkeled around and between two majestic rocks. Saw thousands of fishes, rays and sea turtles, no sharks that day. However, we saw and snorkeled with dozens of Galapagos sharks in Sardine Bay. Wow, it was crazy! Next, on the Rosa Blanca beach we did snorkeling in the turquoise Laguna with many sea turtles and rays. Over and above, our guide Alejandro caught two huge Yellowfin Tuna fishes which were prepared raw for us. Such fresh and delicious dish! The lunch was good too. Great thanks to Alejandro, the captan and to the all boat crew!

We had an amazing day with Alejandro and crew. Many stops for snorkling and seeing many see life: turtles, small sharks, colourful fishes and see lions. At see we encountered a large school of dolphins. At least 50. They played with our boat and come really close.
We also had the luck to see an orca!
The lunch was very good (actually better than expected): fresh and tasty.
The tour guide was an excellent diver and found all the good spots. He also knew a lot about the nature and animals.
At the closing of the tour we snorkelled through Kickers Rock. This was so special!
We can only recommend this tour highly.

Great trip! We saw so many animals; reef sharks, multiple sea turtles, a couple rays and were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins! It is a long day, but well worth it. Guides were great.

This tour exceeded expectations. My husband and I enjoyed ever minute of it. We saw tons of wildlife included birds, dolphins, different shark species and sea turtles. Our guide, Alejandro, and boat captain were top notch. I would suggest this tour to anyone.

Snorkeling amazing .. physically intensive at kicker rock.. tour guide helped me along the way with a float ring and rope since I am 68 years old. Other sites easier but some walk over old lava beds.. amazing sea life from gigantic sea turtles.. hammerhead sharks.. other sharks… millions of fish and sea lions…
