Since the tour looked like exactly what we wanted to they never showed up to pick us up despite being where our GPS showed us 15 minutes early. . We didn’t have any phone service just data so I continued to message them but got no reply. We waited an hour and gave up. When we got into WIFI we tried to phone and the number wasn’t answered. We have now gone to Viator to try and get a refund. Disappointed as it looked like a great tour.

This was my first time in 15 years of using this App that was a disaster. Booked this excursion months ago from Toronto. Charge in full a few weeks ago, 4 messages to vendor to ask about location, nothing back, phone Viator got location. went to location on day of excursion 30 minutes early, the place went out of business 9 months ago. Submitted a refund request., they have emailed me saying a full refund is being processed. Disappointed of course but hopefully Viator does the right thing

A great side-by-Side tour. There was only our tour guide Paul in the lead ATV and my wife and I following. A full 3 hours of driving, stopping by several beaches, stops for him to give us info on trees, plants, and animals. We even saw howler monkeys lounging in a tree. We had amazing views. I would definitely recommend this activity.
