Our driver was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and by far 5 star!! From Puck up at the hotel to our shopping stop amd our experience at Dunns River Falls he was there from the beginning to the end. If anyone wants top notch service I would recommend Vitor Private Tours all the way!! I would never do a group tour again after having this 5 star private tour!!

Dunn's River Falls - FUN / Shopping Tour - NOT SO MUCH

This excursion was much more fun than I thought it would be, and I'd definitely recommend it. I was a little hesitant about purchasing the DVD but glad I did because the videographer captured some really good pics and video. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because of the way the "merchants" hound/harrass you on your way to exit. You have to walk through the marketplace to leave and the vendors are all over you. This was the same way when we arrived in Ocho Rios for the shopping. I probably would have browsed a little longer and bought more items had I not felt so harrassed. I did complain to our tour bus driver about the vendors and he said something to them, so they did back off a bit.

The Dunns River tour was awesome...

The Dunns River tour was awesome although a TON of Jamaicans were trying to sell souvenirs at the end. The shopping part was disappointing. All places had the same things and high prices. I would have rather went to a mall. I could have done without the shopping.

Definitely worth it! The river falls were so much fun and we had a guide once we arrived at the falls that led us in a group. The driver from the tour company provided some insightful tips on what to expect at the falls and it was very helpful! Shopping wasn't a huge part of the trip and I would actually say that it's not necessary, you only visit some small souvenir shops. Lunch at Scotchie's was wonderful! Really great food and great prices. Overall an awesome trip, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it!

It was a great experience and amazing. The Falls is so beautiful I made it to the top with the terrific guide Norman very sweet man. He held my hand to the very top. What a exhilarating adventure. It was my first time going there and it won't be the last. I am planning to go back next year. The Jamaican people was very friendly and the tour guides also.
