A terrible experience

We were taken to the wrong place and left alone in the dark we did not know where we were, and we were saved by the good will of the hotel staff we will never use the service ever again and ask everyone else not to use it, when we complained and asked for our money back we have had no reply keep away from this company

Transport did not arrive for airport pickup

The Cab Did Not Arrive We Had To Take a taxi which is unacceptable so far I have not had any contact from the company regarding this no show
