Use of bicycle

Unisex, 21-speed Avanti mountain bikes are provided, along with helmets. We offer comfy gel seats or gel seat covers if wanted.

Bottled water

Please bring your own water with you. We will go past water refill stations on the tour and we encourage you go use these rather than purchase water.
Private transportation

We do not provide private transfers for the Lazy Sunday tours. Public buses are available on a Sunday if you do not have your own transport.
