We booked an airport transfer that was suppposed to fit 4 people and 4 bags even though we were only two. They sent a car that was so small that the two of us barely fit. There was no room for the bags and they put them on the roof of the car and tied them down with ropes. The driver drove recklessly tail gating other cars and speeding even though there was traffic. I will never book an airport transfer through this operator again.

Excellent transfer. The service was a transfer from Rajkot airport to a hotel in Rajkot. The problem is that Viator is selling that service out of RAJ airport. That airport doesn't exist anymore. Why is Viator selling that service? The actual airport is farther away. @s!wwq
