Complaint about cancellation and claim for reimbursement

After taking a long time to answer, they cancelled the tour because, according to them, there was an error in Viator’s proposal, and the tour could not be done by a person. I accepted it without problem and they confirmed the full refund. Although I have claimed it several times on WhatsApp and through the Viator page, they have not cancelled the excursion yet and therefore I understand that the full refund is pending. I would like someone responsible for Viator to get in touch so that we can resolve this as soon as possible. I'm a regular Viator customer and this has never happened before. Thank you.
