Beware. They changed timings on us and we would have missed our cruise. We got the whole excursion for 1/3rd the price by booking at cruise terminal. Avoid at all costs and save headache

Really fun and exciting! The guides are knowledgeable and pick up was easy. Penguins were way better than expected and we had plenty of time to enjoy them. The snacks on board the boat were nice too.

Operator and Viator are not trustworthy

The operator changed the time. I was not able to make the new time and they would not refund my money. I made the mistake of telling them my cruise port was cancelled, but they were never able to fulfill the original contract. Viator is a joke and the operator can not be trusted. I’ll contest it on my credit card.

First of all from the beginning the policies are clear that this service is non-refundable, we changed the time managed with the team so that you could do the experience by notifying you. Finally we were informed that we could not do any experience due to weather problems, advised by the Chilean Navy. We recommend you to read before buying and respect the established policies. Lamentable pérdida de dinero y de tiempo

Servicio no prestado. Luego de esperar más de una hora en el puerto para tomar el barco que nos llevaría a la Isla, recién se nos informó por parte del conductor del bus (que no era agente del proveedor) que el servicio se había suspendido por las condiciones del viento. Lamentable pérdida de dinero y de tiempo. Podía habérsenos informado de la cancelación antes de salir del terminal de pasajeros ya que perdimos casi todo el día en Punta Arenas. La política de este operador de no retracto debería aplicarse en ambos sentidos.

Hola buenas tardes. El servicio no se pudo realizar por problemas de clima, la empresa tenia todo gestionado. Las políticas de Viator para este servicio es no reembolso sin embargo la compañía decidió realizar una excepción y realizar el rembolso completo a todos los clientes.
