This was a wonderful day with incredible views! Daniel was a great, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide! Jaime was a good driver. Daniel was happy to answer our many questions and taught us so much about Patagonia. We saw SO many animals! Including an elusive puma (or two?!) Guanacos (alpaca), condors, rheas, flamingos… But it’s definitely a long day in the car. Three straight hours out/back with no stops. Lots of stops in between. There were opportunities to purchase food but understand it’s not guaranteed depending on timing. For some reason I thought there was some level of hiking on this tour, which there wasn’t.. I clearly just misunderstood but thought I’d note it so others don’t make the same mistake. Highly recommend this experience!

I booked this tour through Viator, and the day before the tour they dumped me onto another company called Camino Tours with zero explanation.
I waited in front of my hotel at 5:00 AM in the freezing dark for over an hour. No pickup. No text. No call. Nothing. I tried calling and messaging—of course, no response.
Seven hours later, at 12 PM, they finally replied saying they “don’t know why” the other company didn’t pick me up. Seriously? They then offered to refund me and take me the next day. Guess what? That was my last day in Punta Arenas.
They refunded the money, but they cannot refund my time, stress, ruined day, or the only reason I flew all the way from the U.S. to Punta Arenas: Torres del Paine.
Good luck trusting this company. You might get your money back, but your tour probably won’t happen. What a joke.

Johnny (Juan) is a fantastic guide. Anyone can learn and repeat facts, but Johnny's passion is what sets him apart. He loves what he's doing, and he makes you love it too. He pointed out so many things we never would've noticed. It's as if his mission is to make it the best tour you've ever done. But his knowledge is not confined to flora, fauna, and geology. Once we realized we're both also history nerds, our conversation took off. I could've talked to him all day, but he moved effortlessly among our group of eleven, spending one-on-one time with everyone, getting to know all of us and making sure we were all having a great tour. When you book your tour, ask for Johnny.

The expedition was well-organized. I have visited the most impressive places in Paine, including the big waterfall, best views of the lakes and mountains. The guide Daniel is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the region and answered lots of our questions. He is very helpful and cheerful too.

Scenery is breathtaking but you must bring hat, gloves, warm clothes because of the wind and rain or snow. The tour guide Maria Jose was great, and Juan was a phenomenal driver!

We saw soooo many beautiful things it’s hard to narrow down our favorites. It’s really a once in a lifetime experience. Be aware- it’s a very long day but soooo very worth it.
The bus is VERY cosy, so be prepared to sit shoulder to shoulder.
