This was a wonderful day with incredible views! Daniel was a great, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide! Jaime was a good driver. Daniel was happy to answer our many questions and taught us so much about Patagonia. We saw SO many animals! Including an elusive puma (or two?!) Guanacos (alpaca), condors, rheas, flamingos… But it’s definitely a long day in the car. Three straight hours out/back with no stops. Lots of stops in between. There were opportunities to purchase food but understand it’s not guaranteed depending on timing. For some reason I thought there was some level of hiking on this tour, which there wasn’t.. I clearly just misunderstood but thought I’d note it so others don’t make the same mistake. Highly recommend this experience!

I booked this tour through Viator, and the day before the tour they dumped me onto another company called Camino Tours with zero explanation.
I waited in front of my hotel at 5:00 AM in the freezing dark for over an hour. No pickup. No text. No call. Nothing. I tried calling and messaging—of course, no response.
Seven hours later, at 12 PM, they finally replied saying they “don’t know why” the other company didn’t pick me up. Seriously? They then offered to refund me and take me the next day. Guess what? That was my last day in Punta Arenas.
They refunded the money, but they cannot refund my time, stress, ruined day, or the only reason I flew all the way from the U.S. to Punta Arenas: Torres del Paine.
Good luck trusting this company. You might get your money back, but your tour probably won’t happen. What a joke.

So sorry for your bad experience.
Our sincere apologies.

Johnny (Juan) is a fantastic guide. Anyone can learn and repeat facts, but Johnny's passion is what sets him apart. He loves what he's doing, and he makes you love it too. He pointed out so many things we never would've noticed. It's as if his mission is to make it the best tour you've ever done. But his knowledge is not confined to flora, fauna, and geology. Once we realized we're both also history nerds, our conversation took off. I could've talked to him all day, but he moved effortlessly among our group of eleven, spending one-on-one time with everyone, getting to know all of us and making sure we were all having a great tour. When you book your tour, ask for Johnny.

You are so right! Juan is one od the best tour guide in the region!
Thank you for sharing Tammy!

The expedition was well-organized. I have visited the most impressive places in Paine, including the big waterfall, best views of the lakes and mountains. The guide Daniel is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the region and answered lots of our questions. He is very helpful and cheerful too.

Scenery is breathtaking but you must bring hat, gloves, warm clothes because of the wind and rain or snow. The tour guide Maria Jose was great, and Juan was a phenomenal driver!

We saw soooo many beautiful things it’s hard to narrow down our favorites. It’s really a once in a lifetime experience. Be aware- it’s a very long day but soooo very worth it.
The bus is VERY cosy, so be prepared to sit shoulder to shoulder.

Visiting Torre del Paine in winter (July) is perhaps not the ideal time. A lot of clouds, fog and the cold weather limited the experience, but it was worth to do it - to see glaciers, lakes and (hidden) mountains...

This tour was INCREDIBLE!! Alex and Kathy were amazing and went above and beyond. The van ride there and back is brutal- 4 hours in a cramped van, but the destination is so worth it. They took us to the very best spots in the park, set up photos, stopped at places just bc we wanted a quick pic, Alex even wiped the side windows several times to make sure we could see the views from the van. Overall absolutely amazing and would highly recommend this tour!

This was one of the best experiences we have had traveling all over the world. This park and its views are absolutely stunning and a must see! The tour guide Gabriel was AMAZING! He knew ALL the best spots for pictures and he was so knowledgeable about the park. His English was excellent and he communicated with us before pickup so we were ready on time. Be prepared because it is a long day but it is well worth it! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour and Especially Gabriel and Jaime the driver. Jaime was so careful on the winding and long road to and within the park. He is an exceptional driver!

It was a long day but so worth it. The cavea del Milodon was very interesting and the different viewpoints in Torres del Paine were stunning. Even though a lot of time is spent on a bus, you can enjoy the views!
Camilla was such a lovely kind and knowledgeable guide - despite 2/3 of us speaking English, she always made the time yo translate from us.
Our driver (Juan?) was great. I felt really safe.
The minibus broke down on the way back which meant that we came back to Punta Arenas 2 hours later than expected but they dealt with it the best they could given the circumstances. They were very apologetic and these things just happen.
Thanks a lot for a wonderful day with lots of memories!!

This is an amazing trip but make sure you understand it is 15 hours with an early start. They say to bring food but there was plenty of food along the way. Our driver Miguel was very helpful and spoke in both Spanish and English. Plenty of toilet stops along the way. Don't expect to see exactly the same as others. We had overcast conditions with winds but still loved it.

This was a great, albeit very long, day and I was quite pleased. The group was reasonably small, and mostly Chilean, so it felt like we weren't getting lost like you would in a large group, and also the experience felt reasonably authentic.
One thing I would add, there are more opportunities to purchase food and beverages than the description implies. However, because there is *absolutely nothing* on the 250km between Puerto Natales and Punta Arenas, you really do need to be prepared to go for 3 hours with no bathroom stop.

Miguel was a tremendous guide conveying the whole tour in both English and Spanish seamlessly. Communication leading up to the tour from his company were stellar. The roads are a bit rocky, the trip long in and out of the park but the rewards were tremendous. We saw SO MUCH in one day. There was sufficient time at each stop to see sights and take pictures. I would do this tour again in a second. I highly recommend this tour

This was a great trip. We messaged on WhatsApp the day before the confirm the details, but they picked us up around 5:30 am (some people were a bit earlier and others were a bit later) and then we drove for 3 hours across Patagonia to the park.
Even on the way, we already saw some condors and guanacos and rheas in the morning light. When we reached the park, our guide Cristian suggested the Torres first and the cave at the end, because the morning light was looking good - and that was a great idea.
We got to stop at several different locations to get views of the Torres from different angles, as well as the different lakes and waterfalls in the park. At one location we had an hour to walk by the glacial lake (or to stop by the cafe for a hearty stew to warm up from the high winds, despite it being a sunny day in high summer!) but it was mostly about ten or twenty minute stops to get a sense of the natural beauty and sometimes see local animals.
When we got to the Milton Cave, we didn’t get a chance to learn about the archeological past, because we were lucky to come on a day when a family of local zorro foxes had set up and we got to watch them playing instead! Then it was the three hour drive back to Punta Arenas, arriving around 8 pm.
It’s a long day, but unforgettable, and definitely worth it. As I said, be prepared for cold even if you come on a sunny day - and if it’s raining it might be less pleasant.

We had a great day seeing the beauty of Torres Del Paine national park. Everything went as scheduled and Gabriel was a very knowledgeable and capable guide. He gave us a lot of interesting insights of the area and made sure we got the best views of the sights. He also would point out wildlife (like a fox we saw, and Andean condors) and answered any questions we had. Only constructive comment is that we would have liked to spend more time and some of the spots- especially Grey Lake — we sometimes felt rushed.

The plan for tour was awesome and well worth the 8 hrs in car, 4 hrs each way. Torres del Paine was well presented and super happy with tour and organization.
The reason for 4-star is our guide, Edwardo, was speaking Spanish mostly, and he was yelling and speaking in deafening levels. Also, we were 11 people crammed in a van and the space was super tight and super small seats - not comfortable at all!
Response from Host, Dec 2024
Hello Deepti. We are very sorry about that, is the first complain about Eduardo's, he speaks very good English.
About the van, capacity is for 15, so it wasn't full. But we totally respect your opinion, this helps us a lot.

Torres del Paine was awesome and totally worth it.
The reason for 4-star is the guide; after 3 hour long drive, the guide Edwardo chooses to sightsee without giving us a well needed bathroom break! Without going into details, he just shrugged his shoulders on the request and we got a bathroom break after almost 4 hrs! Then he chose to speak Spanish mostly and barely gave any English explanation. He made the trip a bit disappointing for us. The driver was great and drove well on this long 4 hr each way journey.
Response from Host, Dec 2024
Dear passenger
We are very sorry to hear that. We will ask to tour guide for explanations about this.
