    Sehr freundlich und vor allem kulant. Wurde krank und hatte am gleichen Tag, wo die Tour statt finden sollte, angerufen und gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, auf Morgen zu verschieben. War null Problemo. Sehr kundenfreundlich
