The cave tour is exellent. But the travel and waiting time is very long-Used to much time to pickup people in Puerto Princesa Recommend to select another tour operator.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the waiting time to enter the Underground River cave is not controlled by any tour operator. Entry to the cave is fully managed by the government. The schedule and release of boats depend on weather conditions, tide situation, and safety assessments. The Coast Guard and local authorities carefully check sea conditions and ensure it is safe for passengers before allowing boats to depart. Safety is always the top priority. For this reason, wherever you book your tour does not affect the waiting time or cave entry. The deciding factors are government regulations, weather, tides, and overall passenger safety—not the tour agency. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing the Underground River experience.

An amazing God

The trip was awesome. We had Moll for our tour guide and he was full of information. Our driver, we can't remember his name, was the best, bring us safely to and from our destination. The views were awesome going there. The cavern was huge and the stalags were amazing. Pictures we took of our trip did not do it justice. Amazing trip and amazing tour guides. God is amazing!

Cool, but

I think the river was cool. The van and driver were great. The tour guide was decent. The thing that kind of killed it was the waiting in lines constantly. I probably waited in lines half of the total 8 hours. It would've been better if there was ways to fill that time.

The decision to which boat enters first and scheduling are within the government system , which unfortunately is outside of our control. The actual river and caves were really I terestung. The ride over was informative. Two areas to improve:recommend water shoes and coordinate timing of river cruise better.

It was a good experience to take this tour to see the underground cave. Our tourist guide and driver were very good. The only comment was that we arrived the loading pier very early, we wait there for more than 1 and half hour still could not get into the boat. However the people joined the cruise ship tours arrived later than us, they were able to by pass us to get into the boat. So this was not first come first served policy. This was the travel agent’s negotiation and connection with the boating company’s problem.

We have government permits to enter the cave which is processed in advance and was early because there is a line on a first come first serve policy that they usually follow during regular days . We are very sorry for the inconvenience . The entrance and boat dispatching is managed by the government unit managing the Underground river cave.
