The tour was well planned. Every stop was pretty and very cleaned. My favorite stop was the main cathedral. Our tour coordinator was Maryam and she was very professional and gave us history information of the city and the province. 🙏🇵🇭

Great experience. Got to see 8 different parts of the city. Private tour with both a driver and a tour guide. Angelo was a fantastic driver and Trisha was an amazing tour guide. They were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Puerto Princessa is a small city in a southern island in the Philippines. We were met by our guide, Diane, who showed us the main highlights of Puerto Princessa. I saw that there was a butterfly center that was not included on the tour & asked for it to be included. Diane called the office & for a nominal fee this was added! We like nature more than big city scenes! I have a wonderful picture of a butterfly landing on my finger that my husband took! Diane was a gem. She knew her history & all that was to know about Puerto Princessa. We really liked our day, took many photos, & have great memories!

The tour operator delayed the tour for an hour but even when the hour passed by was No show!
No answer on the phone number they give me on the confirmation email!
I grabbed a “cab” showed up with another “passenger” at their office from there finally 1hour and 45 minutes later the tour vehicle picked us up. 😱 the tour should be 4 hours long but it was not even 3 hours, we droves by some place we should stop but never happened. 😥

This is a great tour that provides a wonderful way to see Puerto Princesa and get an overall orientation of what the city has to offer. The sites we visited were all beautiful. Our tour guide was very welcoming and made sure we had a fun day. I definitely recommend this tour

It was our first time to visit puerto princesa. We love the tour and the tour guide but the only thing is it was raining so we get wet and we’re having a hard time to see the view because of the rain.

Our tour guide, Echo, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I think he did a very good job.
The tour was interesting. I think the best part was the Palawan Wildlife Rescue. A half day is a good amount of time for the city tour.
Good souvenir shopping!
I recommend it.

The whole experience was fabulous. From the help from Viator with the booking, the flexibility of the tour company when NCL changed port times to the actual tour. Both guide Jerome and driver were great. They looked after us very well. Informative and friendly. The weaving demonstration was very cute (children showed my wife how to weave).

This was a great tour to get all of the highlights in and around the Puerto Princesa area. The town is up and coming so the fact that our guide, Jed, was local to the area added a whole new and worthwhile perspective. He was very informative and answered all our questions. The sites aren’t fancy but they have history and significance to the area. I highly recommend the tour and Jed as a guide.

I go on lots of tours but rarely leave reviews. This tour however needs to be highlighted - for the duration, price, local knowledge and general enjoyment, its probably one of the best tours I've been on.

First let’s start with the weather conditions that were not good. Super rainy day. It is not the fault of the tour guide but they should cancel the tour in case of rains. We didn’t see anything. They just took us from one souvenirs shop to another one. We are really disappointed and would not recommend at all.

That was one of the worst experiences on the Philippines. The driver came almost 60 minutes late. I informed myself about the delay - there was no proactive information. There was also no apology or anything. The tour guide (a lady) was so unprepared and couldn’t really tell anything about the places, which we visited. Her only information was about the minutes, which we can spend at one destination. She manipulated the group in order to go the crocodile “park”. She talked very bad about the region around El Nido and told the guests, that everybody gets sick there because of the bad water quality. Overall it was really one of the worst experiences globally. Whenever you are in Puerto Princesa, please avoid this tour. It’s not worth any money or your time .

Nice tour. Especially in the Baker's Hill, the bread is so good. Also, the Palawan Wildlife is so informative, if you're into wildlife, you will enjoy it. The tour guide/driver was also nice and comfortable to be with.
