We didn’t go because of the time not being clear. Tickets said 6:30 and it wasn’t until 8:30!
I recommend contacting the driver the day prior to confirm times verbally.
He did give us a full refund for missing the trip.

It was an overall good experience however, it was challenging to understand the English translation of the narration while on the bus. The sites were great, lunch was delicious and my husband enjoyed the "Domincan Vitamin" provided.

Wish we knew it was a 3 hour ride to get there from our resort. They were a half hour late to pick us up and at a different location than specified. It was hard to understand the English speaking tour guide. The plantation was interesting sampling what they grow there. Take money to purchase some of their goods. First beach was calm. I chose to get a 30 minute massage for $20. Second beach we had lunch (salad, spaghetti, fried grouper, fried chicken, beans and rice). It was delicious. The water was a bit rough at that beach. Traveled on and made it to the Blue Lagoon. It was like stepping into paradise. The blue lagoon is 125 meters deep 😳. You can zip line into it for $20. We chose to go to the smaller lagoon. I wish I would have grabbed a life jacket by the blue lagoon (no one was there to get one) as the smaller lagoon was up to 10 meters deep so I did not go in. It was a hike back up the steps to get one. However it was beautiful. You can jump off a platform into the clear water. The 3 hour ride back was long (again we didn’t do our homework), but overall it was worth it.

Ok first off I swear when we booked this excursion it said Blue Lagoon & 7 different WATERFALLS! When we got picked up at 6:20am we remember him saying the waterfalls were closed and we had a change of plans. Then looked on the app and yep title changed to 7 different destinations. Anyway I think we drove around for a good 3 hours before we finally started the tour! Honestly the places were cool definitely different and cool the experience but I wouldn't do this again. The only thing that made it worth it was the Blue Lagoon! Holy mackerel the was the clearest bluest freshest water I have ever seen in my life! Definitely bring goggles we didn't and were so bummed we wanted to see the bottom! It was so clear looks like we could touch the bottom. There was 3 different ones, 1 had a zipline which I wanted to do so badly but decided not to the 2nd one had so many fish and a couple jumping spots inside of a cave which was unbelievable and gorgeous definitely a once in a lifetime type of experience! It all made it worth it but honestly it says approx 7 hours and it most definitely was not we honestly didn't get back to our hotel until 6:30pm that's over 12 hours of tour! We were starving and barely made it to supper! But besides the change of plans the Blue Lagoon was beautiful and worth it!

The trip was great and worth the price! The fresh fruit at the plantation was amazing and a highlight. The beaches are beautiful and the lagoon was gorgeous. Bring personal snorkel and/or goggles if you have them. Would book again!

Was a nice day trip thru the country without having to pay exorbitant fees for a personal driver. We got to see 2 beaches and a plantation the the lagoon. The lunch was good. Over was a good experience.

The 2 beaches both were fun and beautiful! The plantation was a unique experience! The blue lagoon was amazing! My kids zip lined and enjoyed swimming in the natural spring. We had a great day! It was a long day… 7am-6pm. And they claim it’s 7 detonations, but you just drive through some of the cities. Overall it was a fun day and I would recommend it!

Absolutely gorgeous beaches, a good stop at an orchard with a lot of fun fruit and cocoa/coffee samples made this a fun tour but the lagoons were so refreshing that it made it a really good tour. Have to do the zip line over the water drop and a jump from the top of the smaller lagoon to really make it fun and the lunch at the 2nd beach was dang good, especially the salad. Only thing you need to keep in mind is that while this says it is an 8 hour tour, with all the traveling, it ended up being exactly 12 hours. We thought the travel time was included in the time but it was not.

this was a great trip! you have a small group setting on a bus with 3 leads -- the driver, the speaker, and the camera man. there were multiple stops with an opportunity to learn about the culture, experience different areas, and most importantly, the different beaches and lagoon. amazing day, beautiful beaches, and the convenience of safe transportation that provides drinks and lunch. the video and photos of the day make for an amazing keepsake as well.

This tour was disappointing for my wife and I. We were picked up at our resort, but then the bus spent the next three hours picking people up before we made our first stop. Carlos, our tour guide, showed up in a Ferrari t-shirt, yellow crocks and wrap-around shades that never came off. He spent a lot more time chatting with the driver and his assistant up front than he did telling us about the areas that we were driving through. Once we finally got going, the sites that we visited were great, but due to the slow start and the inattentive tour guide, you can probably do better than this tour.

We are very sorry but you were in the last part of Puerto Plata on the opposite side of the excursion so they pick you up first and then the other clients and they always wait for all the clients to be there to give the information since that way everyone has the same information at the same time, but we are very sorry for the inconvenience

We were picked up outside where we were staying in Sosua and visited all the places listed in the tour. It is a lot of time traveling in the bus but that's to be expected. I felt that there was enough time at each place and it was well paced. It's a great way to see a bunch of different sites in one day.

The blue lagoon was absolutely stunning definitely a unique place to visit, really glad we went to see it, aside from the unbelievably blue water there was fish and little turtles that made the experience even more fun.(I suggest bringing goggles to really see what’s u set the water) the beaches we visited as well were so much fun with picture perfect clear water. And huge waves to play in. The plantation was very intriguing getting to taste fruits u wouldn’t normally see. The service and staff was very attentive, generous and fun. The only down side was the travel times in between were a lot longer then first stated ( make sure to bring towels the wet ride back wasn’t great)

Activité intéressante, mais la compagnie nous a donné la mauvaise heure de rdv et nous avons été informés la journée même que nous quittions 1 heure plus tard que prévu. Nous avons changé d’autobus sans trop d’explication pendant la journée pour se retrouver avec un autre guide et les activités étaient différentes des descriptions.
