We didn’t visit the tunnels and it was not something mentioned when we made the reservation.
The guide was friendly but not very knowledgeable about history and sites.

Not worth booking this tour always a " weather issue " which gives them the advantage of replacing your tour with a " better or same option ". They took us around the city, half of the spots we had already visited on our own. Tour guide was nice but not worth 125/person. Take a taxi and walk around on your own. Contacted customer service and they refunded me 2$ / ticket for 6 adults. Complete joke, never again

On the day of your tour, the Secret Tunnels of Puebla remained closed for safety reasons due to the recent heavy rains, a situation completely beyond our control. However, we offered an alternative route and a partial refund corresponding to the unused entrance fees, in accordance with the site provider’s policy.

It was great to see the tunnels and the view of the city from a hill. We would have loved to have learned more about the revaloutinary history of the city. Very limited info from the guide.

Another fantastic tour with Olivia our tour guide, she was attentive, knowledgeable and patient, she answered all of our questions and showed us the main places in the historic downtown Puebla, including the new Túneles, if you have a limited time, this tour is the best. Thank you Olivia so much for your dedication and our little gifts, we loved them!

Our guide was very lovely but was a bit disappointed as we thought we would be going into the museums/forts as part of the tour as that’s what we understood from the tour description but we actually only drove past them. We wanted to walk into the forts and the different museums near the forts. The underground tunnel was cool though and the city was pretty.

The entire city was beautiful and very interesting. The Cathedral was awesome. Artists Section was beautiful with all the different colors. Best part of our tour were our Tour Guides Olivia and Ernest. They were very professional and had many great stories and facts to tell us about Puebla. Being somewhat handicap, they customized the tour so that it would be convenient for me to walk with very little or no problems. Made our trip Fantastic. Suzana was our private tour guide from Ultimate Experience. Her and the driver were on time for pick up and were friendly from the start. Along the way she went into great detail of the history and many legends that are known among the locals. She took us to famous churches and went into great details and secrets of the cathedrals. We went to Barrio de Arte and to local shops. The final stop was the secret tunnels which by far the best! She went on to tell us the history and legends and being in the tunnels made the experience very historical and unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this tour and request for Suzana.
