Alexa was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable about the history of Cholula and also Puebla. My brother and I learned a great deal about the site, including the church that sits above the ruins. We are both in our 70's and I was pretty slow. Alexa was very patient and encouraging. I am so glad we took this tour. Also, 2 more excellent churches were included and we had mezcal and tequilla tastings, too. Highly recommend the service of Alexa and our driver, Alberto!

Tour was okay. Saw the pyramid and churches. Felt the tour guide could have been a little more enthusiastic. The driver was good. Felt some free time could have been given in Cholula given we drove through the town.

Fabulous tour! Damian was such a kind and interesting tour guide with excellent English. We saw the museum, pyramid, and two churches and also stopped at a small store with lovely Talavera pottery at an excellent price. Damian was full of stories and interesting explanations about everything we saw. He was a fount of knowledge. We’d love to take more tours with him in the future. The driver was also safe, courteous, and very kind.

Great combination of archeological interest, beautiful churches and city and a quick stop for taco cecina. The last wasn’t on the official tour, but I asked and they picked a great local taqueria to stop for a bite.

This tour was through Unlimited Puebla. Pablo and David were wonderful guides. They had very deep knowledge of Cholula, the Pyramid, and the indigenous cultures. They took me to this very special church which illustrated indigenous Baroque art. Also, stopped at a talavera tile factory where the wonderful proprietor greeted us and explained the process of creating talavera pottery and tile. Highly highly recommend this tour especially for solo travelers.

An unforgettable private tour . Susanna and Rodrigo were punctual for morning pickup from our hotel. Clean new car. Rodrigo, our private tour guide was experienced, knowledgeable and personable. Loved the tour of the pyramid the most. He even arranged for a perfectly timed smoking of the volcano ! :) don’t do this tour on your own . This private tour is a must !

Had a fantastic private tour to Cholula, our guide Olivia was most knowledgeable, friendly, patient, kind and perfect English, answering all our questions and giving us enough time to browse and shop. We had such a great time and felt very comfortable that we asked her if she could do our next tour the following day. Our driver Emanuel has very nice although a bit quiet. The car we were traveling in could have been a bit bigger and although we were offered a different car for next day we decided to keep the same one. All in all this is great tour that highlights the best of Cholula with fantastic guide.

The guide Ronnie was excellent. However the cholula experience was underwhelming. You cannot go in the pyramid and very little of the pyramid has been excavated.

My guide, David, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The tour was shorter than expected. I would have enjoyed more time walking around Cholula. I did enjoy trying the roasted grasshoppers for an morning snack.

Our guide Susannah was knowledgeable professional and friendly. Pick up at our hotel was easy. The sites visited (pyramid, churches, local drink tasting and visits to local handicraft shops were fun and interesting. I’d recommend highly. I’ve never been disappointed with a Viator tour.
