I waited at the cathedral, the designated meeting point for the walking tour, for 45 minutes, but the guide didn’t show up. I contacted the company through the Viator app, and they called me back to apologise, saying they weren’t sure what had happened but would try to reach the guide. About 20 minutes later, I received a message confirming they couldn’t get in touch with the guide and that I would be refunded. While I appreciate that the refund was handled promptly, the overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. If the tour wasn’t going ahead, I should have been informed in advance. The lack of communication meant I wasted a significant amount of time waiting around.

Great walking tour with the drone really adding to it

Mateusz was very knowledgeable about the history of Poznan. He was able to answer all of my questions and had lots of photographs and maps to bring his historical narrative to life. The use of the drone really added an extra dimension, providing fantastic views over the city landmarks.

Highly Recommended Tour. My guide (Mateusz) did a great Job explaining and sharing the rich history of Poland and Poznan with enthusiasm of course. Drone videos were great and i was able to receive it same day. Communication as well before the tour was hassle-free.
