**SCAM ALERT** DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR
Once we booked, operator asked for 180€ more for transportation.
The tour operator was very rude and unprofessional. Would not cancel the reservation, so we ended up pay 93 USD for a google document. The document was sent via message at 7am on the day of the tour.
We didn’t end up with a tour. We got NOTHING
No tour, no information, no customer service. We asked for a refund as the tour includes nothing but a google document. The tour operator offered an $18 refund, as he said hard work was put into planning the tour. Tour was booked at 9pm the day before and contacted operator at 9:30pm (30min later) after we received a message for 180€ more for transportation.
Viator can not issue a refund as the money was sent to the tour operator.
Please avoid this Bulgarian SCAM at all cost.

Hello Shaun,
You really know how to mislead other customers. But of course everyone has got own opinion. And now I share with you our answer but my tone and attitude will be professional as we do not answer with the same to what we got from you:
First, you were on the phone with our support very late at night on the day before your tour several times asking for a refund because you did not read carefully.
Second, our staff on spot is the one who leads you but you need to reach the sights as you booked the self-guided option without any transport. That's very clear too and you perfectly know it.
Third, we advised you the price for a privately-guided tour which means with transport and the guide/driver constantly with you. Which was about 20% less than the original price of this option which you could check online too.
Fourth, your attitude is one of a customer who made a mistake and despite our efforts to help you the only thing you needed is your money back when all your organization was in place and made with our people.
Fifth, on the day of the tour you did not arrive at the locations and you were a no-show.
In the end you were partially refunded as you also state in your writing.
Given all this, my advise to everyone who reads this is the following: if you do have a car or any type of transportation, do book the self-guided tour option of this tour. If you do not have a car or any type of transportation, do book the privately-guided option of this tour.
And for you Shaun, we can make the following: next time when you are around, please let us know, rent your own car and have the tour option you booked and did not use. After that I shall ask you for your opinion again and you can share it.
