The ride was out of town in a forest area using good quality electric mountain bikes. There were options to do some challenging purpose built MTB trails with varying grades and the option to go along gentle tracks( my wife took that option). The views down by the coast were spectacular. Jack our guide was enthusiastic and entertaining. We came across a large troup of baboons during the ride which only added to the African experience..
