I highly recommend the Lazy Lizard catamaran trip. Our family of 9- including a year old toddler- did a private excursion. We had a fabulous time. The staff was great and accommodating. The food was wonderful. We snorkeled and kayaked and relaxed while enjoying being together. We lucked out with a partial cloud cover so we weren't hot. But there is a place to get out of the sun if you need to.
I am so glad we decided to do this trip. You will be too!

Amazing experience with a family group celebrating an 80th birthday! The lazy lizard crew did d a great job keeping everybody happy from age 7 to 80! Fantastic morning!

This is a must do!!!! You will not regret it! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay ALL day! The staff was very communicative--giving us information and answering questions. The catamaran was amazing as were those working the tour. We got to see so much while snorkeling and enjoying the opportunity to swim and play in such a magnificent location. This is definitely something we will do again when we return to Costa Rica! I recommend this for all ages (we had ages 9-74!)...you won't regret it!

What a beautiful day on the Lazy Lizard. We were picked up in an air conditioned van, dropped off on the beach then ferried to the catamaran. Our family of 13 was given top notch attention from Eric, Steph and Captain Josue. Not really sailing but a sail was raised for our trip to the cove where we spent time snorkeling, paddle boarding, and just relaxing. Unfortunately this area had jellyfish and most got stung, quickly treated by the crew. We had a 1 yr old and accomodations were made for him to sleep...big to thanks for that! . " Snacks" were delicious sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit and cookies. We highly recommend this adventure, no one wanted to leave and everyone felt it was the perfect outing on our final day in Costa Rica. Thanks again to Eric, Steph and Josue.

We were a family of four with 2 teenage kids and 5 minutes in they both said “this is the best coolest thing ever” the staff are friendly, fun, knowledgeable and genuinely great people. The views and water were incredible. We travel quite a bit all over the world and we’d rate this experience as top 5. We snorkeled, kayaked, swam and saw a few schools of dolphins. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to do it again towards the end of our trip but they were booked. So make your reservations early and enjoy!
