JW Marriott & Hacienda Pinilla at 12:45pm with a minimum of 4 people, Tamarindo (1:00pm), W Costa Rica (1:15pm), Westin Conchal (1:30pm), Brasilito (1:45pm), Casa Chameleon 1:20pm, Margaritaville (1:45pm). Morning departure is scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.

Wonderful sunset cruise with time for snorkeling and swim

It was a great experience and we enjoyed our time, we felt the boat a bit too crowded. The staff was amazing and the food and drinks were excellent.

Stay away from Viator. 3x canceled tours - no refunds

Booked this online and it was canceled. They said I could ask for a refund and am now left jumping through hoops. The company made no efforts to contact us, reschedule, or otherwise make it right. Zero stars for that company - as another company that had a boat down for maintenance was able to reach out to us almost immediately, apologizing for the inconvenience and error and comped us a cruise the following day. I understand that things happen - but how a company handles it is where they have the opportunity to do right by the customer. This is the THIRD Viator cancellation this week - and this half of the review is for them. I’ve got two charges on my credit card for boat rides that didn’t happen. Refund them immediately or I’ll work through AMEX to get the money back. Also I will NEVER do business through Viator again and will warn others about our experience. There are a lot of great tour operators out there and Viator is putting them in tough situations and ruining vacation plans. Stay away from Viator - look the company up and call them directly. The operator gets all of the money that way vs sharing it with a poor computer based company with no face.
