Made a reservation, paid upgrade fee. Total was over $150 more than local prices. $260 When we arrived they said we will need to wait addition 45 minutes. Putting your flight number doesnt mean anything they dont actually monitor when it will arrive. I suggest not using this company if you want to avoid stress and false promises. Almost hilarious to pay 3x for worse service. Once you pay them dont expect your money back - they start to argue and say they will check policies. Luckily Viator doesnt play these games but the upgrade fee is lost forever it seems.
