The driver didn’t show up to pick us up, he didn’t even call to apologize. I do not recommend this tour

I am sorry for the situation you experienced, but the driver did not show up since there was no reservation, you had booked almost a month before and a week before the trip you canceled the service, then you booked again and again 3 days later you canceled again and then they arrived requesting that they had the service, and I found them a tourist companion who would provide them with the service, but currently I can check the direct reservations from Viator to my company and there is no confirmed reservation, only 2 reservations canceled by you... that is the .reason there was no driver waiting for them..
We had a good driver and the airport representatives were very efficient. However, the van had very limited air conditioning which made the driver long. If you are going ro offer air conditioned vehicles, please make sure that it is working.

On time, waiting with a sign with our name on it. Private transfer direct to our hotel. 35 minute drive from airport.
Prompt and friendly drivers for efficient transportation to/from airport and resort. Definitely recommend!
They were very prompt. Waiting hold the sign and got us right to the hotel. Would use them again. Plan on using them for return trip also.
On time even though our flight was delayed. Communication was perfect and got us to our hotel safe and sound.
Quick and easy at the airport. The individuals were friendly and everything went smoothly. We definitely will book another transfer with them.
Father/sons company. Very clean and AC equipped van. We did round trip transfers with them. On our arrival, we had several international flights ahead of us so we were a bit behind. Luis was very patient and already aware of the situation. We even booked an ATV tour with them that was super fun. Highlyyyy recommend Eitel, Luis, and father for transports!
