Overview
Get aboard the Lazy Lizard, the catamaran that will take you on a morning cruise through Playa Flamingo off the Guanacaste coast. Sea life is awake and active in the morning, so get on your snorkel and get amongst the coral reef and colorful fish. You can also kayak or stand up paddleboard. Lunch is provided too, with a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Your guide will arrange everything so you can just enjoy the beauty of Playa Flamingo.

Excellent day trip! Captain and crew were friendly and attentive. Safety was a big concern for them which was nice. Food was yummy and drinks were unlimited! We had a blast snorkeling, while others simply floated or used the kayaks and paddle boards. Beautiful way to spend the morning.

This was a fantastic trip for us! We reserved the morning tour with Lazy Lizard and lucked out with no other group booked in with us. We had Captain Josue with crew Anderson and Dennis and they were all so amazing! We got picked up at our Airbnb and the crew took our group of 4 adults and 7 kids (ages 18 months to 14 years) on a small boat to the catamaran in the harbor. They served up endless drinks (including Shirley temples for the kids) on our boat ride out to a quiet cove where we swam, kayaked and paddle boarded to the beach for about an hour. Then they served up a great lunch which included something for everyone (vegetarian burritos, pasta salad, garden salad, fruit, chips and pico, and cookies). Water visibility was not great for snorkeling due to it being the rainy season but we saw some fish, crabs, sea turtles, and dolphins. Overall I would highly recommend this reservation if you are looking for an adventure near Playa Flamingo. If you are prone to sea sickness premedication is a must!

Had the most lovely morning on the Lazy Lizard! Crew was friendly, attentive, and fun. We sailed to a gorgeous cove for snorkeling and paddle-boarding, ate a delicious meal (complete with rum punch!) onboard, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The boat was spacious and comfortable. Would 100% recommend! It was the highlight of our trip to Guanacaste.

Such an incredible morning! We saw porpoises and whales - the crew (Steffi, Erik & Luis) were very attentive and made the experience a ton of fun. The food and drinks were great and they took us on a snorkeling excursion where we saw a ton of cool fish. Would recommend!!! Cannot say enough great things about them and our time!

The crew was so helpful and took great care of everyone on board. The snorkeling was super cool and they had a ton of other activities we could do. The food and drinks were delicious!
