Terrible. Never showed up.
What can I say? I booked this experience hoping for an amazing day. I prepaid and no one showed up and the telephone numbers associated with this booking didn’t work. I even had the hotel call. It’s terrible. The whole thing is terrible. Do not book.
This excursion was much more difficult than explained on the website or in the booking confirmation. Had to be young and be in shape!
Tour operators were wonderful!
Should have been told the “half day” tour did not include the 2+ hours from the resort and 2.5 hours return to the resort!
