They took such good care of us!! Worth every penny! Would use again and again. They even moved us when the waves got too close.

Our experience with Playa Flamingo Best Beach Concierge was awful at best. There was no direction on where to go except next to a restaurant on a road. Once we finally tracked down the appropriate people, they set up a tent and chairs but nothing else the listing included. We waited 2 hours for water, beer, towels and speaker. We had to ask for a table to brought down for us to eat (this should have come with the set up since it is part of the package). The speaker died about an hour after we got it so we had to wait another hour for a different speaker to be brought back. At this time we asked for more water and beer and were told 20 mins….3 hours later we never received water or beer and since we were really hot and thirsty at this point we had to leave. Never heard back from the host again. We tried to call Viator as well but they were less than helpful. I would 100% not recommend this and would 100% not book it again.

If you want a relaxing 0 hassle day at the beach, this is yoir one-stop shop! The man in charge is extremely friendly and knowledgable. The amenities were perfect and staff provided EXACTLY what we asked for in the cooler(waters and various drinks). Definitely worth it!

Very disappointed! They set up the chairs and tents, brought one cooler. We never received music, waiter service or no refills on water. The man told me.he didn't receive the payment from you and wanted me to PayPal him the money! I did not! I paid for 2 set ups and didn't receive the things included. Never could find them to ask for things. I will be asking for some kind of refund to contemplate for what we paid for and did not receive. This can be done through your company or through my credit card company. We have lots of guests that we recommend these kind of things to but will not recommend any more! If you check a the beginning of our reservation the description said lunch was included. After calling your company, i was told that was an old online ad. Not acceptable.

Canopy and chairs were set up immediately. It took over an hour for the cooler with beer water and ice to show up. No bluetooth speaker (as advertised) was provided.

Since we were not staying at a resort, we didn't have access to any beach amenities. This service came in handy! It was nice to have shade and someone to help get drinks/food from Coco Loco restaurant. A couple of things to note - it wasn't set up when we arrived in the morning. We had to ask them to do that and waited about 15 minutes for everything to be ready. I would have thought that they would have it ready to go. And the towels that they provided we not beach towels. More like old bath towels. Other than that the staff member was attentive and had a great personality.

This is a must do for a beach day. Great service. Much needed shade. No need to worry about set up or packing up. Plenty of water and beer in the coolers.
