I drove 40 minutes to the pick up spot and got there 30 minutes early and its an hour later and no pick up, no phone call, and no text! Not happy!

We sincerely apologize for this experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is, especially after you made the effort to arrive early and travel a significant distance to the pickup location.
A delay or lack of communication in this situation is not acceptable and does not meet our service standards. This has been escalated internally for immediate review so we can understand what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.
