We loved this tour. Our guide “bas” knew a lot about Mayan culture and shared with us as much as possible. He was also funny and made both cave tubing and exploring the Mayan ruins a blast. The only downside was that it was a 3 hours drive from Placencia and the when we bought the tickets, it said snacks were provided but actually are not. There is one stop at a gas station so definitely grab a snack there or pack some beforehand so you aren’t hungry later! Waters were provided along with lunch which was delicious. We had an amazing time.

Basilio aka Boss was the best. Informative and full of culture. Moderate climb up the temple with beautiful views followed by a refreshing ultimate lazy river. Overall Amazing day!!
