I would consider this a must do. The speed boat was very nice, the islands were truly incredible and the staff were so kind and thorough. They handed out cold drinks the entire trip and lunch was at a resort. This was my favorite excursion in all of Thailand.

Waking up for the 4:30 AM tour was the best decision of our vacation. Everything went extremely smooth. A like breakfast is serve served on an island where you watch the sunrise. Snorkeling was great and the tour guides were very informative. Awesome day trip.

Itinerary

Get picked in the morning from your Phuket hotel, then transfer to the marina to meet your tour guide and board your speedboat. Then sit back and enjoy the view during the ride to this island paradise.

When you arrive on Phi Phi Don, the largest island in the Phi Phi group, make your first stop at Monkey Beach, where you can get an up close encounter with the area’s resident primates. From there continue to Pileh Lagoon, where you can enjoy some snorkeling amidst crystal-clear water and underwater coral gardens. After stopping by Maya Bay, film site for the film ‘The Beach’ starring Leonardo Dicaprio, continue to the Viking Cave. Take a break for a buffet-style lunch on the island, followed by more relaxing and beach time.

Finish by returning to Phuket’s marina and receive a drop-off back at your hotel.

Book this! It has been the highlight of our trip! We were picked up promptly at our hotel. There were three quick other pick ups for our group. We proceeded to the marina where we registered. Coffee and water was provided at the marina as well as sea sickness caplets (just in case). We met our guide Waiwai and proceeded to the boat. There were approximately 18 passengers and 4 crew members. It was comfortable and we had plenty of room. Onboard the crew provided water, Coke Zero and fruit all day long. Each stop was wonderful. We had plenty of time to enjoy the stop and activities. Lunch was a buffet and it was delicious. You could purchase drinks from the bar at lunch (bring some cash). Waiwai and the crew made the day so fun. It really was the best day!

A lot of fun , it takes an hour approximately to get to the 1st island, and another hour to get back. The return trip can be very choppy. Very happy we booked this trip, we highly recommend it. We even saw a small shark while snorkeling.

Great Phi Phi island tour

Great tour! It covered 4 islands. Pickup was at 5:00AM at the hotel. So it was early, but we saw a nice sunrise. Excellent variety of things to see and do. The snorkeling was a little disappointing. The coral had no color and no fish over 2 inches. The crew was great! I highly recommend this tour.

Phi Phi Islands are the best in the Andaman Sea

It is around 1 hour boat ride from Phuket to Phi Phi islands, it is a great tour, we did some snorkeling and tour guides were great, very polite and help everybody we any need we had, offered drinks, snacks, lunch was also included, it you suffer sea sick they offer Dramamine before the tour starts, it was amazing

Island Hopping Galore

This was an absolutely magical experience. This was my first time in Thailand, actually my first time traveling internationally in general. I can’t believe how kind everyone is here, especially the service workers. They are truly too sweet. Our tour guide spoke fluent Thai, English, and Japanese- he was hilarious! We were laughing constantly at his jokes. He told us some very interesting history about the landscapes and about Thai culture. We did 2 snorkeling stops, free buffet lunch at a resort, 2 more beaches, and then jumping from the boat towards the end. They offered us free snacks and drinks on the ride too. This tour taught me that cloud 9 truly does exist.

My 15 yo daughter and I took an “girls trip” to Thailand. This was definitely one of the hi-lites. Absolutely Wonderful. Be ready for a day of adventure. Amazing and well organized

I cannot recommend this tour enough, as it was super well organized, the staff was all super friendly and we experienced the islands very smoothly and almost remotely although I expected that it will be packed with tourists. While snorkeling I saw lots of fish, amazingly beautiful corals and even a baby shark. Bamboo island and Phi Phi island are amazing for snorkeling. Our guide was super friendly and positive and entertained a lot. The staff were very good skilled in handling the boat anf took very good care of us to feel safe and to preserve the nature. It is a must see tour in the Krabi island, even the crowded Maya Beach was in a time frame when you can still have a photo of the beach without any people around. A photo in the Phi Phi lagoon surrounded by the rocks mad a perfect end of this trip- Amazing experience!

Words can’t even describe how fabulous this tour was, from start to finish it was flawless and the most perfect day! Team Waiwai was absolutely incredible, the guide and boat crew were extremely professional and helpful. They kept us well hydrated and fed us snacks the whole trip. They got us to each of the many stops safely and flawlessly. I’ve never experienced such skilled boat driving. Lunch was perfect, snorkeling was great-the water was clear and we saw so many cool fish, monkey beach was a little scary but we only stopped for a few minutes, maya beach was busy but so so beautiful (make sure to bring reef safe sunscreen), and the swimming at the end was a highlight. They provide you with all the snorkeling gear. Lunch is at a beautiful hotel with bathrooms, a pool you can swim in, and a bar. My friend and I simply had the best day ever ! Highly recommend! One thing to note is that it’s a very long and tiring day and the speed boat can be very bumpy, but that’s what we signed up for. They do offer pills at the beginning for sea sickness. Overall so worth it and it was by far our favorite day in Thailand!! Shoutout to team Waiwai for making it an unforgettable experience! Bring a change of clothes to put on before the bus ride home and bring some cash for a sweet treat at maya beach (and 400 thb per adult for the national park fee).
